1. The night shift staff member is very friendly. He always has a smile, a good sense of humor, and is eager to help. 2. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. 3. The location is convenient for exploring Paris.

The day shift staff was rude and unhelpful. My friend had deposited a cable wire with the night shift staff for me, but when I asked the day shift staff about it, he refused with an angry expression and tone. Despite explaining that it was left with the night shift staff, he didn’t even try to contact his colleague and kept insisting he didn’t know anything. His manner and service were very poor. Even during checkout, he gave me another angry look and didn’t say thank you, goodbye, or anything polite.

Great location, subway station less than 5 minutes walking connecting you to center of Paris in less than 30 minutes. The room was just as in the pictures, small but okay, equipped with all basics. Electric kettle was very useful. Wifi internet worked perfectly fine during my whole stay. Check-in and check-out was quick and the staff was very friendly.

The rooms are quite close to each other, so you hear other guests coming in and out or talking (it wasn't that bad for me and I was able to sleep well at night, but may be annoying for some people).

Location: very close to all kinds of transportation but most importantly metro with direct link to Châtelet and other central areas. Neighbourhood: very lively, plenty of stores, restaurants, bars for everyone's taste. There was a supermarket 3 minutes away. Reception: super friendly and welcoming. Room: not much space to move but very clean, bright when sunny (we were on the 5th floor and it had a lot of natural light in the morning), the beds were very comfortable too.

One thing I personally didn't like: it was possible to make tea inside the room, but the tea bags weren't packaged, and the placement of these tea bags was out in the open, not covered by something.

It was a very pleasant discovery and I truly liked it a lot. The bedroom is spacious enough and it was very clean, as well as its private bathroom. There's also the possibility of preparing coffee or tea in your room. The bed was very comfortable too. The staff was very kind and attentive as well, letting me checking-out a bit later. Finally, the breakfast is really worth it... very tasty, complete and varied: one can even make fresh orange juice.

The location was great. Also it was really great to have a kettle and tea in the room and four towels just for one person! A really big bed and enough furniture.

The room was okay but there was a smell like a deodorant in a room. Could not get rid of it. Also, it's nice to have a private bathroom but it's really tiny. But better than nothing!

Great location. Close to metro line 11, great street filled with a bakery, a bar, mono prix, restaurants and more. The staff are very helpful and nice. Always greeted with a smile. 24h open reception

Most other guest weren’t most respectful of others, mostly with noise loud banging of doors shouting in hallways

Our room was clean and the same as on the pictures. We had hot water all the time.The reception staff were amazing and so helpful.

First night we had problem with temperature in our room it was super cold. After that night they checked the presure of the steam panel and we were good for the next 2 days.

Great hospitality by the host. The location is close to the metro station, and you are connected to the entire town. Even if we stayed for 2 nights, the housekeeping cleans everyday, and we found one of the cleaniest rooms of hotels in Paris. The room has everything you need: private bathroom, comfy bed, tv, heat in the winter, etc. The host is welcoming and the reception is open 24/24.

The room is standard for a hotel room, so don't expect to be big, but it's good enough. The wi-fi is rather poor, the free one. I heard there is a paid wi-fi with better speed, but haven't tried it. None of these are real drawbacks to say no to this hotel, I reccomend the stay with pleasure

Super clean hotel, very good location: lot of shops, fast-food restaurants, bakeries are nearby but the back-street where the hotel is located is very quiet. Nearest metro station is 3 minutes by foot. Staff is very friendly. You get a lot for your money. Highly recommended!
