The hotel is located walking distance to the Aljunied MRT station, which connects directly with the airport and city centre. Hotel itself is a budget type accommodation, but we had no issues whatsoever: it was a quiet street, no major noise, also clean and it had all one needs for a 1-2 nights stay. For the price we paid, I think it was definitely a good value hotel, just do not expect to be greeted with a ceremony or warm welcome - it is a budget place after all. The area has got plenty of places to eat, although, by the look of it not very sanitary, so my advice would be to go to the nearest shopping mall and get some food there...

Reception desk staff could squeeze a smile every now and then, and to be a bit more polite in general.

The room was clean and pretty nice. It has all basic stuff, like hairdryer, teapot and TV with YouTube and Netflix. The hotel is new and the personnel is very friendly and ready to help 24/7. For free they provided the iron and the board.

The room is very small and there are not enough space to put your stuff. Would be good to have laundry service. The hotel is not really close to the metro station, but it was pretty easy and comfortable to use buses.

Great large windows and view in Room 805 and with bonus balcony :) Excellent pillows/sheets and bedding. Hotel premises and rooms are very clean and well kept

1) Not good arrangement for clothes hanger as it is too low. 2) Room table/ desk is small and cluttered with the phone and the hot water kettle.Perhaps a slide out extension can solve that problem. E.g. Like the slide out drawer to the left. 3) Lighting in the room is insufficient for work. A walll mounted lamp for working could be added above the desk 4) To reduce the clutter on the desk, the room phone could be wall mounted.

The room was clean and everything looked exactly like the pictures. The staff was very helpful. There is a small shop across the street and a laundry shop aswell. There is a tap for drinking water in the rooms, which is great.

The rooms are tiny. The area is around the hotel is not very nice, it’s near a red light district apparently and there were a lot of shady men around at night. Since the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast it would be nicht if there was a real coffee machine or something. Also it would be nice if there were some chairs outside. You can’t take a shower without flooding the whole bathroom.

24-hour reception manned by friendly professional staff; eg Steven, who happily helped to get us a Grab taxi on cash terms each time. Room has been recently renovated, strong a/c system, no cig smoke odour, comfy mattress, new towels, good-size support pillows, instant hot showers... we were duly allotted requested room in quiet section away from families with very young children. Lots of good local food 'till late nearby. Room-size adequate in line with what one can expect to pay in pricey Singapore = good value; we will certainly choose Princess for our next trip to SG 😍.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Room was small however at this price you can’t expect a big room in Singapore. And the big window in the room made it look much bigger. Moreover the view from the window was pretty pleasant. Location wise a bit far from the MRT but lots of affordable restaurants nearby and a small 7-11 store just opposite the hotel. Room was clean and the facilities were as I needed. Definitely can be a great choice for someone on a budget.

The room was fine, nice and clean.It had a big window,with a view to the neighborhood! Location: I t could take up to 15 mins to get to the nearest MRT(there are at least 2 nearby)It depends on the lights at the crossings.But that was ok. Breakfast : Don't know if they had breakfast,I went to Hawker centers for that.

The location has access to restaurants around. Seems quite shady at night, but generally it is pretty safe. The room is clean, especially the beds and the toilet. The staffs are really helpful, the check in process was smooth and when we requested for ironing board, we have it in less than 30 minutes time.

No bidet in the toilet. There is no shower curtain or glass door to prevent water from spilling out when I am taking a shower. The size of the room is quite small. Especially for three people
