Every service and more, we were so happy with all the accommodation and structure and staff, food at the affiliate hotel was very nice, the room comfortable had all the necessary.

Unfortunately the location is near a factory so we did not feel so keen towards having a swim in the sea at the hotel beach, there was a sign indicating that the area is eligible for analysis of the water (we guessed) but it wasn't completely explained and no one gave us instructions about it so we preferred to change destination for swimming during the day almost every day during the stay. I suggest the hotel to give exhaustive information about the quality of the water.

We really like this hotel. If you are visiting Heraklion and the surrounding area, stay here. The breakfast is excellent, the staff is outstanding, and the rooms are top-notch. The sister hotel, just around the corner, offers a wonderful breakfast and access to the beach. You can choose anything from the menu, and they will make it for you—be sure to try their Freddo espresso. The beach is beautiful, and sunbeds are free for hotel guests. They also serve great cocktails and draft beer. Parking is available. Everything was perfect, and my boyfriend and I were beyond happy with our stay.

The location of this hotel was perfect to really make the most of our time in Crete. Very close to the beach for chilled days, easy bus access to the city and historical attractions, ideal for hotel pick ups for excursions all over the north of the island (of which there are many! Altino Travel coach trips to Chania & Rethymno, Agios Nikolos & Spinalonga island, Safari Experts quad bike tour, Finikia horse riding). There are numerous small supermarkets on the main street a short walk away, ideal for stocking up on breakfasts, snacks, drinks and buying bus tickets, plenty of restaurants to choose from too. The area is reasonably quiet so great for relaxing in the evenings but close enough to any amenities you may need. The room exceeded our expectations, very modern décor and larger than expected with a separate bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/dining area, absolutely loved the wrap around balcony, very good air conditioning. We were informed of the option to use the additional facilities at the nearby hotel but didn't end up needing them, we spent more time exploring. The staff were extremely friendly and always keen to help. We arrived late into the night due to a flight delay but letting ourselves into the hotel was no problem at all as the staff had communicated very clearly how we could enter using a key code and the room card was even waiting inside. Overall I would recommend this hotel for couples or solo travellers looking to make the most of the island that want more of a laid back apartment feeling rather than a traditional hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay in here! The staff was super friendly and always ready to help; the room was well equipped, modern, clean and comfortable; the beach area (with a bar/restaurant and a pool) were great too (all these facilities are just around the corner in the partner hotel). By the way, the breakfast served in there was always great and very tasty, we really loved it! In general, everything was just great and very relaxing, we’d be happy to stay here again someday! The hotel is located 2 minutes away from the sea, there is a very comfortable room with a good-sized bathroom, the room is cleaned every day, special thanks to the administrator for his attention and friendship, the hotel provides free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, where there is also a restaurant with delicious food. Many thanks to the administration of this hotel. We are very satisfied and we recommend you to relax in this hotel, you will not regret it

The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were made most welcome upon arrival. The room was comfortable and clean, the shower excellent and overall it was just what we needed after a long trip from Australia. The location was ideal, within a few minutes’ walk from a supermarket, numerous cafes and restaurants and a beach just around the corner.

The kitchen facilities were limited and although fine for one night, might not be suitable for a longer stay.

New, clean, 2 br, great beds. Access to teatro beach loungers. Beach and water nice Nearby restaurants and groceries Perfect for a short stay on Crete, only 3 nights. Great value. Would recommend and stay here again.

Could use some kind of toaster or sandwich maker for the morning. Used the fry pan to brown bread. Maybe a few more supplies for the kitchen area would help.

Everything . The staff was just amazingly kind and caring . The sister hotel staff also , I took my breakfast lunch and dinner there and was tasty . I really really appreciate everything there . If you’re hesitating to choose this hotel , choose it you’ll not regret . I didn’t regret cause it matches with what I planned to do (rest and stay near the beach ) . I didn’t need to take transportation for anything ! I booked a double room and I had one with a little balcony !

The lounge room and balcony were large and perfect to accomodate lots of luggage. The bedroom was a good size and the bed very comfortable. I loved the shared facilities with Teatro (at a third of the price of Teatro) - wonderful cooked and continental breakfasts included in the tariff, as well as access to the pool. The staff were also super friendly and helpful, and everything is extremely clean. All in all, a wonderful experience and I would go back.

The size and comfort of the room. The friendly staff, the proximity to the beach and Main Street with easy access by bus to Heraklion. The included breakfast in the sister resort Enorme teatro and feee use of those facilities, pool with sunbeds and beach sunbeds and helpful and friendly staff there.
