Very Modern style, comfortable bedding and pillows, glass wall for panoramic views which are better if staying in rooms above 10th floor. Nespresso type coffee capsules for in-room coffee. Excellent food in both restaurants with exceptional views from rooftop pool bar which is a "must see"! The Sunday breakfast buffet is superb! Speaking Spanish will help but waitstaff and hotel personnel are always courteous and ready to offer assistance. An excellent value property located within safe, easy walking distance to the gorgeous and spectacular scenic coast walkway.

Shower floors are dangerously slippery! I would prefer a "night light"option for sleeping. Need to bring a power converter for charging more than two accessories.

New hotel, Room was very comfortable, amazing bed and sheets. Fast internet. Partial view of the ocean. We were very happy with the breakfast menu, fresh squeezed juices, made to order omelets, large selection of cold-cuts, hot dishes, gourmet coffee. Everything nicely presented, great local and service. Good job Iberostar!

The rooftop bar is open to the public so finding a table was not possible without reservation. Hotel guests have no preferential treatment. Kino restaurant on 17 floor was very pricey, the food wasn’t worth the money.

Same as my previous visit two weeks ago, one of the best hotels (if not the best) I’ve ever been to. Comfortable bed, perfectly working ventilation (which is not common in Peru I found out later) and the best breakfast buffet ever!

We stayed in the 3rd floor this time (first time was 9th), in a “city view” room. I’d recommend not booking city view (nothing especial to see, we had a parking lot as view lol). Recommend floor 9 as there was less noise from the city

The Iberostar Selection Miraflores was a wonderfully comfortable place to spend time in Lima. The views to the shore were spectacular. The hotel is impeccably maintained, nicely appointed, and in a convenient (if touristy) location for walking. Daniel at the front desk was very helpful in getting us both checked in and out. Our arrival time in Lima put us at the hotel hours before the standard check in time, but they were kindly able to accommodate an early check in. We departed the city on a red-eye; again the front desk staff were kindly able to help us store our luggage for the entire day after we checked out. The in-hotel restaurants were great options for both food and drinks.

The rooftop pool - while beautiful - is set directly adjacent at the rooftop bar. It's not terribly inviting to lounge when fully business attired people are having food and drinks served at a table mere feet away.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure, and we loved all the amenities available in the room (steamer, coffee machine, etc) - small touches can make all the difference. The location of the hotel is great, and the rooftop bar was fantastic! We stayed couple of nights between Christmas and New Year's. It seems that the rooftop bar was fully booked most days, but they would still have space for the hotel guests - I loved that! If you are staying here, do not miss checking out this bar.

Even though the hotel offers some good facilities - pool, spa, etc... the pool and the sunbathing area are very small, and it is located within the rooftop bar area. So, we never found space to have a relaxing 'by the pool' time. I also had a massage in the spa, and it was probably the worse I've every had - so, please don't spend your money with any treatments! Even though we had a great few days in Lima and we did really enjoy our room here, I don't think it was worth the cost. We travelled for four weeks and this was the most expensive hotel we stayed.

Really lovely staff who couldn't do enough for us. Bedroom was spacious and clean. Breakfast offered a wide choice of options. Easily walkable of the coast and shops. Special thanks to Enzo, Lilian and Alemao but everyone else was excellent too!

We were disappointed with the top floor which has the very small pool and bar. The bar is open to non-residents and on Friday and Saturday they have a DJ which makes any conversation just about impossible. We therefore tended to have a drink in the bar on the ground floor which shuts at 11.00pm.

Mirador (?), at reception, could not have done more to help us. The bar and infinity pool on the roof of the hotel have a cool vibe. The water fountains on every floor to limit the single use of plastic bottles is a great idea. The mandarin shower gel.

The service and food in 27 Tapas are slow and not very good. The hotel marks up all taxis by 372%, which is extortionate by any hotel standards. It makes a big thing of accompanying customers to the reception desk to sign for their taxis in USD. The return journey to the hotel from a local taxi is the identical amount but in PEN ie significantly cheaper. The attitude of one of the female receptionists when I explained that the water bottle that I had purchased leaked.

Travelling alone but always felt welcome and very safe. Staff were lovely. There was just a nice buzz about the place. Loved it. Water in hallways always available and free. Didn't have to keep buying bottled water. Tea/coffee maker in the fridge. Massage was fab. Roof top pool, even though busy most of the times. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Just a lovely atmosphere and buzz about the place at all times.

I'm trying hard to think of something!!! Perhaps for your guests who are English they would love a small jug of milk left in the fridge so they could make a cup of tea or some sachets of milk. Instructions for the hot water/coffee maker. I had to ask one of your lovely cleaners how to use it just for hot water! I'm sure you could get more business if the Spa Menu was left on a card in the rooms translated to English. I would have had a massage earlier but left it to go and physically go and see the Spa to find out about treatments and book. Really no criticisms tho. Had a lovely stay.

I stayed here when in Lima for work and highly recommend. The hotel has thought of everything - glass water bottles with a water collection point near your room, great lighting, even a gym mat! We had drinks at the bar at the top floor, I had some clothes washed, which was good, and my friend used the spa. The breakfast is amazing too and in a great location right by the sea so you can have a lovely walk. Definitely recommend!

Hotel offers flexible check in / check out. We had a nice clean spacious room at 9th floor. Of particular notice is the rooftop bar and swimming pool! The views are breathtaking! We have also enjoyed massage and sauna in the hotel. Cannot complain for anything as we did not have any unpleasant situations. Peru is a great country and I recommend all to visit Peru and make sure to make a stop over in Lima! We have wondered through the city until very late and have not experienced anything bad.

Everything was perfect However, for a breakfast I would recommend small local cafes that have more Peruvian than “continental” options.
