We loved this hotel! The room is quiet and pleasant and relaxing, with a great shower and plenty of space to spread out. The complementary breakfast is exceptional, with a lot of options and delicious fresh juice. The people at the front desk are so helpful and accommodating. They are friendly and speak English extremely well. They held our bags after we checked out so we could explore the city before heading to the airport. And the neighborhood is safe and secure, a short walking distance to cafes as well as the Malecon walkway.

This is maybe business, a bit non-charismatic but in fact, a very good hotel. The bed was excellent, the water was perfect, the AC was excellent, the staff was smiley and effective, breakfast maybe also looks a bit unimpressive but in fact very good as well, even with an egg station. Location is nearly best possible with a very good local restaurant across the street. We enjoyed staying here. Zero complaints.

Laminated flooring is cold and uncomfortable. At least bedside rugs would be appreciated.

The location was great. One block from the ocean and you could take an Uber anywhere very quickly. The rooms were large and the hotels was very quiet. The staff was exceptional.

The bathrooms were very poorly designed. There was absolutely no space to put toiletries even though the bathrooms were very large. Whoever designed this did a very bad job. Every hotel bathroom needs at least a shelf to put things, not a tiny space around the sink. They really need to address this, I had to put all my toiletries on a chair in the bedroom, which is ridiculous and frustrating. The hotel is a little tired looking in the room could use painting. They are scuffed with marks and it doesn’t look good even though the cleaners do a good job.

A 2-3 minute walk to Larcomar mall where you can see the beautiful water. Big clean rooms, comfy beds and pillows. The staff is nice- especially Moses at the reception. Hope you get to meet him. They held my bags when I went on a tour for a night and before I left. 24 hour room service - which is nice for nights you come back late for all day tours.

-One out of the two night I didn’t have hot water in the shower. But the next time there was plenty enough for a nice hot shower. (FYI-I did switch rooms as I was there twice) -This is small but the lights are motion detected in the hallways so it’s really dark until you start getting the sensor lights. it makes walking to the room a little awkward as it’s always dark ahead. I recommend they get add some dim lighting to help people feel secure that no one is hiding in the dark.

Hair dryer was not working, the hotel needs updates since the furniture is old. The breakfast is basic, I was in the 7 floor and I heard some noises during the night. But the worst is the staff behavior. They treat you as if they were doing a favor, don’t have patience with non-Spanish natives and the harshest people I’ve seen. The hotel has everything to be a good place to be, but first need to training the staff

Great location near Larcomer mall and the ocean. The room was spacious and quiet. There was a good breakfast included that had lots of choices. The staff was friendly and attentive.

It is an older property and the furnishings are a bit worn. There were limited amenities such as tea or coffee.

The bedroom is as big as it looks in the photos, as is the bathroom, which has a huge spa bath. There are facilities such as a table, minibar, cupboards, etc. The bed is on the soft side (my taste) and there are pillow options. The room is clean and doesn't bother allergy sufferers like me. The location is very good - a bit far from the center of Miraflores - main square (about 1km), but very close to the beach and Larcomar shopping mall. Breakfast is exceptional and the hotel has a great restaurant. The staff serves very well, with highlights for the attendant Carla and the waitress Emma.

There is nothing to complain.

Rooms were large with comfy beds plus bathrooms were well appointed & had large baths which are rare in newer hotels. Rooms were quiet with no disturbance from other guests. Just one block from Larcomar & beach 10 mins walk so perfect location !

I rented a room with a giant jacuzzi and considering that it had a living room, hallway and a giant attached room with a king size bed, it was a great deal. The room was spotless, the staff beyond friendly, and only a few minutes walk to the beach. I will absolutely be back. I highly recommend this hotel.

I do not have even one critique. I loved this hotel! I suppose it can be a little loud considering that it's in the middle of the city.

the property is in a perfect location. it’s super close like 3 min walk to malecón and Larcomar. it’s super quiet and you can absolutely sleep without outside noice. the hotel is really clean and nice. the staff are very polite and helpful. beds super comfy and the extra blankets were needed. loved and used the relaxing bath tub! I absolutely was surprised at the spread of variety and how delicious the buffet breakfast was. the best buffet breakfast I have had in a very long time and I am a frequent Traveller and blogger. amazing delicious breakfast spread, very friendly and polite staff particularly breakfast staff!!! they were all wonderful and we will definitely be back on our next Lima trip.
