Nice modern development, decent sized rooms, nice pool area.

Bar a little pricey but not too bad. Us heterosexuals heavily outnumbered by gay men which wouldn't normally bother me until they start kissing and fondling each other in the hot tub. Also several gay cyclists present who feel it is acceptable to walk about naked. May be fine at a totally gay resort but not when i'm sitting there with my wife.

The staff were very friendly, the location was perfect, it was very quiet and peaceful, very clean. There is parking outside the complex and just up the road which should be highlighted as this would be an advantage to newer customers. Chill out area was very nice calm and relaxing.

The air con system over the bed should not be there became a draft at night was noisy and difficult to control and use. The beds not very comfortable neither were the pillows quilt was to thick should have an option with a sheet, the sliding door didn't feel very secure when leaving and on a night as felt flimsy. There were no numbers on our side of the bungalows making it difficult to find at first, very poorly equipped gym. There was not a towel rail in the bathroom for the bath towels to dry. The curtains could have been a bit thicker and black out curtains. Restaurant pricing was too expensive for what it was

The property is in a great location, with supermarkets, the Yumbo Centre and the beach only a short walk away. The staff were very friendly, the cleanliness of the property was excellent, and the facilities were great.

One of the only things I didn’t like, which didn’t bother me too much but may bother other people, was the door within the bungalow that can lead into the bungalow behind. Obviously it was locked but you can hear almost everything going on next door (showers running, conversations, etc). It would also have been nice to have a shower facility for people who have late flights in the evening, as our check out was 12pm and flight wasn’t until 9pm. But these were minor issues for us.

Swimming pool over chlorinated Music played in the pool area was very loud, meaning it was difficult to relax and get some 'quiet time' I was charged twice for breakfast and this was not apparent until after Reception had charged my card at check-out, however it was rectified quickly. Make sure to ask for an itemised bill before paying.

Great location, 2 mins walk to the Yumbo. New, clean and quiet. 24 hour reception/security. Cleaned every day. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Internet speed was excellent.

If I had 1 complaint it was the TV. There were about 30 channels to choose but only 1 was in English, Sky News. Eurosport was even the German version. But I suppose I didn't go on holiday to watch TV. And even though it was a smart TV, YouTube and other apps didn't work.

+The location is ideal for the ones who want to stay close to Yumbo center. It's within walking distance to many coffees, restaurants and places of interest. The walk to the beach is 30 mins but also someone can take the bus from just around the corner. +The staff is very friendly! +The outdoor area is very nice and well taken care of.

-A door that is between rooms does not guarantee privacy! This is a massive downside -Lack of a small fridge. Instead there's a mini bar which is mainly for drinks someone needs to buy for. Especially for such a holiday destination where it's quite warm, a big cold bottle of water is always something good to have but it's not possible. This mini bar can't fit a big water bottle. -Cleanliness. 2 times, despite me taking a shower, the cleaning staff entered the room. That was a bit too much!

The room itself is modern and clean. Great bathroom. Location is excellent. 2 min walk to Yumbo. Pool area and food area were very nice and well maintained. Air conditioning was welcome after a day out.

The locked door between rooms. You could hear full conversations next door, so it's not very private. There were no issues with this, it just didn't feel as private as one would like. Also a fridge in the room would have been helpful, to keep bottled water cold, instead of a small mini bar

Almost everything about this place is a class act. The location is a short walk to the bars but far enough to be quiet and feel exclusive. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. Ritual branded toiletries provided and refilled daily. There is a bar (great cocktails!) and lovely pool and jacuzzis with plenty of sunbeds. The staff are so helpful and friendly. WiFi is free and great.

Bed was comfortable but mine was a bit squeaky. Later bar hours would be nice as it closes at 6:45 but not too much of an inconvenience. Would like the safe in the room to be free rather than charged as I think it's a basic need for most travellers but the place itself seems very secure.

Our stay at Sanom Beach Resort was simply magical! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an exceptionally warm staff that made our stay unforgettable from the very beginning. We also had the opportunity to relax by the infinity pool. We enjoyed every moment spent relaxing in the jacuzzi or exercising in the well-equipped fitness center. In conclusion, our stay at Sanom Beach Resort was truly heavenly. We highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a luxurious seaside getaway, where impeccable service and breathtaking scenery combine to create unforgettable memories. We look forward to returning soon for another unforgettable experience!

Only slight downside was that the bed pillows were either too firm or too thick, slightly compromising our comfort during the night.

This property was a perfect location to relax and unwind. The apartment was very comfortable but the layout and design of the complex was exceptional. Helpful staff, whom took time to speak to the guests was great. Also an excellent restaurant provided a simple but very delicious menu. The convenience to the Yumbo and other centres in Maspalomas made this an ideal base for my trip and I will return. Thanks.

On this occasion I could not fault the hotel.
