Booked this hotel on a whim, the price was cheap, but pictures online looked good. Well the room was perfect for us! We only stayed room only, and didn’t use any of the hotel facilities other than staying in our room. We went out for our meals and drinks, so can’t comment on them at the hotel. But for being away for the end of the Cheltenham races and Paddy’s day the hotel was very quiet. Our last day (Mon 18th March) we sat by the pool for the last bit of sun before our transfer to airport and there was no one at the pool at all, I’ve never stayed anywhere so quiet around the pool area in my life for all the days we were there. It’s close enough to the strip without it being too close to all that noise. It really was the perfect location. Cleaner came in everyday and she was very friendly, very nice lady.

Hotel is spotlessly clean and in a good central location for beach and old town. We had a very late check in and staff had kindly left beautiful salads in dining room. Breakfast was good with enough choice to suit all. Dinner was mostly Spanish menu but not a problem as plenty of good cheap restaurants around if you want something different. Room for 3 people was spacious with great air conditioning. Rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels and bed linen changed every other day I think. Pool area good, very clean with plenty of sun beds

The location of hotel los alamos is amazing, it is along the same road as the main strip, so is easy to find on your way home, but is far enough out that you can't hear any noise from there, there's a lovely set of restaurants and bars 30 seconds in either left or right, I found the staff, friendly helpful and accomodating, we were a bunch of lads in our early 20's and have been to known to experience hostility from apprehensive staff, however at Hotel Los Alamos they were nothing but friendly, helpful and accomodating, I had a lovely sized froom, as did all my friends, everyone had good views either of the street or pool from their rooms. the beds were comfier and room was clean upon arrival, I'd defintely reccomend this hotel and would happily stay again if I was to return to Benidorm.

Great location for old town and new, good clean hotel and staff friendly. Never had any problems getting a sun bed.

Breakfast was a complete waste of time. We dined on the first morning of our holiday and never went back. Orange juice was like water, eggs well, I don't think the cook knew how to cook them and they did hotdogs as sausages., bacon under cooked and coffee was very weak. We have stayed in many hotels in Spain and canary islands, and this was the worst one ever for breakfast.

The location was fantastic. Close to loads of bars and restaurants. A very short walk to either the New or Old town. I liked that it was mostly Spanish people staying at the hotel. We stayed in the Suites - amazing views but pricier than the hotel.

The lifts in the suite building were so slow, but not a big deal really. It was quite noisy at night but that didnt bother us. If you like peace and quiet, then go for a hotel room overlooking the pool; the suites overlook the street but have a good view.

Staff were very welcoming, the gentleman on reception when we checked in was great. The hotel is in a great location. The bungalow (number 2) was very good but windows didn't lock although there were bars on the window and it was very secure just could be noisy in a morning due to building work. This probably would only affect the bungalow not the hotel rooms. Very nice shower. Nice comfy bed.

The only things that we didnt like was the bungalow window not closing properly as it let outside noise in. The settings on the air con unit was bright it would be nicer if it could be covered as did wake us up as too bright in the night.

Carlos at reception was Excellent. He answered all our questions and was very friendly. Pool area was very good and lots of sun loungers and parasols

The bathroom door needs some maintenance due to it swelling up. It was OK for me and my brother but the elderly would struggle to open and close it. Unfortunately we could only book 6 nights so we had to move on our last day. English TV channels limited and signal was poor.

The hotel was close to everything, in the middle of nightlife, relaxing restaurants, supermarkets and the beach all withing 5/10 mins walk. It's quite loud outside but with the doors shut it was very quiet. TV had netflix & YouTube Air conditioning was great! We left some money in the room behind, and they have been really helpful and are finding a way to return it now I've left. Many people would have just stolen it. Very satisfied

Great hotel, very friendly helpful staff. Clean and good location. Lovely clean pool. Good sunbeds. Pool towels for deposit. Good cleaning service, beds remade everyday.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room which I would expect to have this in a 4 star hotel. Really disappointed that a few months before the trip I asked to change the booking from 4 nights to 3 nights and was told I couldn’t do that as it was a minimum 4 night stay that bank holiday weekend, despite it being within free cancellation period. We left the hotel after 3 nights but had to pay for 4 nights. I really feel I was taken advantage of as there was another group that went home that day! Really annoyed about this and would not book this hotel again because of it.

I liked everything about my stay here. The location was great, close to the old town, beach and bus stops. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was always very clean and the Bulgarian lady who cleaned my room was so lovely. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.
