Communication was excellent. Our request for an early check-in was managed brilliantly. The location is amazing. Close to the beach and bars. The site itself is clean and well presented. It's also secured at night with gates, which added that extra peace of mind. The apartment was very clean and very quiet considering its location. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need.

Adding some larger drinking glasses could be useful to some. The freezer can be a little loud (makes a clicking sound), but we all want ice, so sacrifices must be made.

Lovely and clean, had everything you need for 1 night or a full holiday. Location was excellent, close to both Old Town and the strip...100 metres from the beach.

Was a bit difficult to find even with information supplied. I've been to Benidorm for 10 years, know my way around but still couldn't pin the location down, had to call the agent. The lock on my room door was a pain to open, it needed a pull and then a big push to get it to work. Other than those issues, no problem.

Clean and modern facilities. It was so central, a short walk to Levante beach, round the corner from the new town and just down the road from the old town. Perfect especially if it’s your first time to benidorm. The staff were so welcoming and communication was easy!

If I had to say anything negative, which is hard to do, I would say a balcony was missed. However being that close to the beach it’s not essential at all.

Nico the rep was absolutely fabulous and can't rate him high enough with how helpful he was as I did send lots of messages about how to get there from the airport and where to get off at etc. For anyone thinking of using Beniconnect, it's really easy. When booking online at beniconnect for the bus book a return to the Belroy hotel and it's about a 2 or 3 min walk to the apartment (which is located behind the Bulldog bar). The Beniconnect is situated at level -2 at the airport and they are so helpful. They will send you an email the day before you leave to let you know what time the coach will pick you up from the Belroy The apartment was gorgeous and very spacious. I have no negatives and would definitely go back again I've added a photo of Nico and also a view from the apartment to show The Belroy so you can see how far to walk

There was nothing

The apartment was lovely and clean, nicely decorated and had 2 bathrooms and a bed so comfortable i didn't want to leave! Had a washer, iron, coffee machine, towels and toiletries It's ideally located in between old town and new town and one street from the beachfront Everything was so easy from booking to meeting the host. I'll definitely stay here again!

Nothing to dislike

The apartment was exceptional every thing you needed to make your holiday, it was spotless, very modern and spacious, I couldn't fault it and the location was perfect. Customer service was second to none, from booking in to booking out. I have stayed in a lot of apartments in benidorm and this one has been the best.

Secure & modern and clean, On the first floor (Some steps but only a flight) so brilliant if you don’t like heights (Benidorm hotels are high!) Bottle of water on arrival and great communication with owner. Close to strip and shops but far enough not to hear the crowds. 100 yrd to the beach. Beds comfy , Lots of clean fresh towels on arrival also. Supermarket next to apartments and coffee shop downstairs so great spot. They also let us check in 3 hours early so couldn’t have been better for us rather than roaming around with a case and 2 kids etc. The owner also came with a safe key and the free wifi was a bonus.

No knives or forks and no iron , didn’t really matter to us as we ate out and only there 4 nights but would bother some I suppose. Tv has no English channels but has you tube so we didn’t suffer and the free hi speed wifi let us watch 3 tablets and our phones no problems.

The apartment was way beyond my expectation , very spacious clean modern and finished to a very high spec... the location is perfect.. only 5 mins from the beach and 7-8 mins from the lively part of town 20 mins from the old town .. quiet at night and lots of shopping and cafes etc on your doorstep.. taxi rank right outside and on the main road for buses... the host could not have been nicer, and check in was a breeze... there were quite a few extras , not usually included in apartment rental, ie washing up liquid , tea cloths , bottled water , and soap in the bathroom.. I would 100% recommend this apartment and definitely would stay again. .. the negatives below are really for information for other travellers and had no negative impact on my stay ...

The front door was a little sticky to get in and there is no pool or lift but the apartment is on the 1st floor, there are around 15 steps, no problem for most but anyone with mobility issues may struggle.... the very small negatives were far outweighed by the beautiful apartment that awaited me...

We stayed as a group of 10 family and friends across three apartments. All three apartments were stunning. They were spacious, clean and modern. The apartments were fully equipped and not one person had a complaint. The host Nico was fabulous from the offset. He answered queries before the trip in a speedy manner and helped with restaurant selections and bus routes. We had booked our transfers with hoppa, which we would never do again. Due to an admin error their side the driver made us get out on the other side of town despite me having our original booking confirmation. He was rude and aggressive and we were left stranded. Nico helped us get to the apartments and then arranged our return transfers with their partner company, who were fabulous. Nico was a real star, nothing was too much and he always seemed to be on hand. The location is perfect, right in the centre of everything yet still quiet. All of us would definitely return.

Everything was perfect.

The apartment was in a ideal location and close to the beach. Apartment was very clean and spacious and well looked after, beds were comfortable. I was able to communicate with the owners via booking.com and telephone and they answered all my questions. We were on an early flight and I informed the owners and they were accommodating in getting the apartment ready earlier for us.

Cannot fault the apartment.
