Amazing place for couples. The villa was to die for and the service was beyond our expectations.

No beach. You could get a shuttle to Kamala beach. However, nothing like having a beach at your doorstep. Having said that the view from our villa was breathtaking as was the sunset every evening.

Everything! Very helpful and sweet staff, which were able to give us the feeling of being home. People like Oak, May Nokkie, Kim and Winter gave us an always welcoming and positive vibe. That’s rare and special for such a high-end hotel. The resorts location is breathtaking beautiful with lots of wildlife: sea turtle, eagles, giant bats and so on. The food in the restaurant is very good in western and thai cuisine. The Spa is pricey, but you know what, it’s definitely worth it. I had a blockade in my shoulder and after two sessions, it was away. Our plan was to travel a little bit around Phuket, but the hotel was so nice, so we didn’t left it until checkout, which is uncommon for us. We will come back!

The hospitality was outstanding, and the resort was perfectly clean and tidy, the staff were extremely respectful and friendly… everything was PERFECT

The private pool had no heating system.. The sewers in the inner shower had a bad smell.. The lighting in the bedroom was a little bit weak.. The pizza in the restaurant needs some improvement..

the view is amazing, you will not find it in any other resort in Phuket.

a waitress her name is Bee in the restaurant surviving the breakfast was very rude, we were ordering the food and she left us and throw the menu in the other waitress.

breathe taking views from rooms and restaurant, sraff are very friendly and kind, rooms are spacious, comfy beds and pillows, they welcome us with a birthday cake in the room. very beautiful resort worth visiting 👌🏻

the resort is a little bit far from the towns. you will always need to order a ride to go out.

We were in the cliff suite, the room and bathroom were amazing. Best sunsets in Phuket. The rooms and facilities were immaculate and the staff was very friendly and efficient. The biggest and most comfortable bed we have ever stayed in. Overal we highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!

The hotel was amazing in almost every way, the only things which could be improved was the food. The breakfast was quite basic and not particularly great, compared to other 5 star resorts.

Enjoyed our stay at the Spa Suite. Excellent hotel, clean and comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definetely recommend it to everybody!

The dressing, bathroom, shower were outdoor and that was not mentioned when booking the suite. It was hot and humidity was high plus seeing the Geckos were uncomfortable.

everything was perfect, the cleanliness, staff, privacy and the villa was amazing, i loved the cliff view and the bath tub.

that they have only one restaurant, the location is quite far, we had to spend alot for taxis, most the taxis charges more because of the location of the property
