Having a private pool with sea view in the room was excellent. Clean and large rooms, polide and helpful staff, good breakfast with many options. Quite place on the top of green hill.

Cleaning must include the unseen places like under the couch. There was a lot of dust and bottle caps which is not belong to us. There was 2 big wardrobe in bedroom but without shelves. Also hangers was not enough. There was no shower cabin,only bathtub in the bathroom. You should stand in the bathtub to take shower and hold the showerhead on your hand because there is no holder. Bathtub faucet should be renewed because leaking.

chlorinated water! Even from the water tap! My skin was so dry. Imagine if you want to take a bath and it is also chlorinated after spending whole day next to the pool. Leak of English speaking staff. Sometimes it was difficult to talk. Average quality of breakfast. Too much pastry, too little healthy options. Milk was sour. There were tiny ants in the room. Pool has no jacuzzi, armchairs we’re not supposed to use after pool but they were there :( it supposed to be some beach chairs to sit after getting dripped

Privacy and Spacious Room

Outside the room it was bit old, Entrance to the hotel is very stiff road difficult and scary at night. Nearby no restuarants or shops.

The room is amazing. The most comfortable bed and pillows ever. A beautiful and relaxing space. The pool was great and cold!

Masaman curry was very disappointing even though its recommended on the menu. There was a dirty razor left from the previous people who stayed in the room. The air con is so loud and rumbles you can't sleep with it on. We were told if it rained no car or scooter would come up the hill... lucky it didn't rain!

The room was very pretty with the view and comfortable with large area of space. During the night, the pool has lighting and gives a romantic feel

The route to the hotel can be confusing and hard to notice. I suggest the management install a few sign boards for motorists

The stuff were very helpful and special thanks to SI & CHAW. It’s good place to stay for 2-3 nights if you prefer a private swimming pool.

keep in mind there’s not a walkable supermarket or restaurant except the resort restaurant which closes at 9:30 pm. Also, there’s no elevator in this property so it’s not recommended for older persons.

It was a nice spacious room with a beautiful view. You cannot beat having your own private pool especially when returning to your room after being out in the humid weather. There was no loud music or rowdy streets nearby as the Amala is up on a hill. There was free parking for our scooters. All the staff were super friendly and very happy to help with anything you need. Having room service til 22:00 was handy for lazy nights.

The noise from other rooms travels through the walls quite a bit, especially if kids are running around in the room above and jumping in the pool. It takes a long time for the water in the shower to heat up and once it does it constantly goes between freezing to scolding hot water. The room service food was okay but a bit pricey for what it was. There are no lifts, so access to rooms is via stairs. There is a little maintenance that is needed in the pool area, with a lot of the pool tile missing grout and 2 of 4 pool lights not functioning.

Exceptional Second Stay at Amala Grand Bleu Resort Hilltops This was our second time staying at Amala Grand Bleu Resort Hilltops, and it was just as incredible as the first! Firat as a couple and now as a family. Traveling with our 13-year-old child, we found the resort to be the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and family-friendly relaxation. The views from the hilltops over the sea are absolutely breathtaking, and waking up to such stunning scenery every day felt like a dream. The villa was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering plenty of room for all of us to feel at home. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, always greeting us with warm smiles and ensuring we had everything we needed. The pool was a huge hit for our family – a great place to relax and unwind together. The restaurant also catered to all of our tastes, with delicious options that pleased both adults and our teenager. Overall, Amala Grand Bleu Resort Hilltops exceeded our expectations once again, and we can’t wait to return for another unforgettable stay! Highly recommended.

Our entire experience at the Amala Grand Bleu Resort was one that we will always cherish. Situated on a hilltop this unassuming hotel truly took our breath away when we were shown our room - our own private pool with amazing room service and food- need I say more? All of staff from chef to room service to front desk personnel were all amazingly hospitable and they went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant experience. It was great to have our own swimming pool and shuttle service provided by the resort was useful too. Definitely recommend if you want a quiet and peaceful holiday:)

The suite was fantastic. Superlarge with bedroom, livingroom and bath. Roomservice and minibar are at affordable prices. Location is in a quiet area on a hill. Highlight ofc is the totally private pool with view to the ocean and beautiful sunsets to see. We enjoyed our time there so much and it´s definetly a reason to come back another time.

The breakfast is very poor. You have the choice between three diffrent arrangements. One indiean with some vegetables and indiean bread, two europeran with each two slices of toast and choice of eggs. It´s serverd into the room with coffe, juice and a few fruit slices and for extra charges even on a floating tray, to enjoy it in the pool. I would have liked an omlett or some pancakes, cereals, a bigger choice of ham or cheese and marmelade, the possibility to get some extra juice or coffee. So in total, a buffet down in the lobby would have been much better, maybe with the opzion to order in. Definetly something to work on.
