The room was very clean. The bathroom was clean. The workmanship in the bathroom was pretty poor. I am a licensed contractor in South Carolina. I remodel kitchens and bathroom. The painting, tile work at the base. Grouting was very sloppy looked like a rookie did it. Vanities looked very nice. Kitchen should be updated. We did enjoy our stay.

I had an exceptional time here! The beach is quiet and super accessible. You can rent umbrellas on the beach. The resort really has everything, but Whole Foods is 7 minutes away. The room I had was great and had a kitchenette and microwave, so you have the option of going to the grocery store or eating at the resort, which is good if you want healthier options. They have an adult pool, which I liked, and the beach was absolutely amazing. Bathrooms by the pool and beach were super well maintained. I heard a manager walking around and calling out everything that was out of order on a radio. They are so on top of it! This resort has everything! Bikes, activities, things to purchase, great beach walks and paths, tennis courts and beyond. Last but not least, it is great for EVERYONE! Solo travel, business travel, couples and kids.

Carpets could have been vacuumed a bit more thoroughly, but the room overall was very clean. Fitness center could be bigger but not a lot of people workout.

We loved the tennis and pickleball center but unfortunately we only got to use that for 24 hours before Hurricane Helene roared its ugly head and caused the tennis center to close. My husband and I then took long walks on the beach and rode our bike rentals when the weather would allow. The beach was lovely.

When we checked out we were accidentally charged again; we had already paid with booking.com. If I had not noticed this mistake, I am certain my mini (hurricane) vacation would have been utterly expensive.

Beautiful pool area. Excellent food. Beach amazing. Rooms spacious. Staff really friendly. Fire pits for gathering at night were great. Abundant towels in rooms and at pool. Adult and kids area. Great for families. Pools and hot tun areas, grounds spacious and perfect !

The views from many of the rooms are of or over a parking lot. This is not adequately described. the property describes the views as resort, garden and ocean. The hallways are dark. Areas need updating especially hallways which is old and soiled carpet. Ocean beach chairs are provided by lifeguards for’44 dollars per day. The hotel provides beach chairs and umbrellas for less but guests must take them to beach and return which is a hike. There is no restaurant with ocean views.

Beautiful property. Rooms were very nice & comfortable. Easy access to the beach. Nice pools. Staff was very nice.

Didn’t like that there wasn’t a nicer area for dogs. The dog area was small & had little pricked balls in the grass that kept getting in my dogs’ fur. I wish there was a fenced in area where the dogs could run. Off of their leashes a little bit. And water fountains and or water dishes outside for the dogs. Expensive. A bottle of water was over $4.

The view and location were amazing. The pools were nice. There are lots of great common areas, and plenty of amenities. All of the staff was amazing, so friendly and accommodating.

The pillows in the room are no good! The cafe is expensive, a bottle of coke was about $5... But there is a Kroger a mile down the road to easily get around purchasing snacks/drinks on the property.

The Omni HH Resort has the best location on the beach. Their rooms are the biggest on the island and perfect for my family - the small kitchen means we don't have to eat out every single meal. The staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone from the time you step foot through the front door is friendly, helpful, welcoming and ensuring your visit is top notch. The activities by the pool were great for the kids - DJ and games - and poolside service was fantastic! This was our second time here at we will be back.

The rooms need a bit of TLC - mainly bathrooms but they are doing a full remodel starting in October 2023 and will be completed by April 2024. Excited to see what the property looks like afterwards. The breakfast buffet was hit or miss - some items were great others were a little stale but the service was good.

The view was awesome, location was easy to/from other stores.

The restaurant was expensive for quality. Staff member serving us breakfast was inattentive. Never returned to check to see if we needed anything. She did not present good customer service. We watched another staff member attend to 4 tables at once and did a quick response. The staffer even took a while to bring the check.

HH Prime was out go to restaurant to start our day with an awesome breakfast. Hostess Chili was exceptionally great with her warm smile and humble way of welcoming. Chefs Lenkey and Ms. Gardner were great at preparing tasty breakfast. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the pools and the beach. We would definitely return to this resort again. Our favorite in HH.

Hotel provides courtesy transportation within 3 miles of the resort. This is great if things go as planned or if you are not in super hurry. We took this service for a quick dash to the store. We had to wait for an hour to get picked up but the transportation never showed up. We ended up taking Uber to return. Since the hotel is offering this as a complimentary service, they need to manage it properly and set right expectations with the guests

Location of the hotel, the cleaning staff were extremely nice and should be recognized for all the hard work they do.

The food at the main restaurant was horrible and the price of the meal was definitely not worth it. Twice we woke up in the morning with a large size dead roach on the floor.
