Prefect location. Lots of things to see and do in walking distance. Some restaurants and shops directly downstairs which we really enjoyed. The house itself is in good maintanance and the swimming pool is nice.

It could be cleaner. We had lots of ants in the flat. We asked for some help and supposedly something was done. It was not much better. Besides that there were some cockroches, but i guess that is to expect in such climate. Things like toilet paper, trash bags and so on should be provided more by default. Kitchen appliances were non existent. We asked for an electric kettle and pots and needed to wait till noon next day. Elevator situation could be better. Lots of waiting time. We wanted to extend our stay for one more month but the service people were not helpful with that and said we need to book online. In the end we switched location.

The spacious apartment with television and lounge and ottoman. Comfortable clean beds. Massive kitchen with utensils and microwave. Laundry with a washing machine. Close to local cafes for delicious breakfast and lunch. I went to VCR cafe around the corner. Best coffee!

Make sure you keep your receipt for the return of your 150 Ringgit once you depart your apartment. I am unsure why apartment management requires this amount when you arrive.

The location and the price were excellent. The room sizes were perfect

The bathroom has a bit of sewerage smell. This is likely from the shower drain. The smart tv box did not have a HDMI cable to the tv, so when I was there, the tv was only showing the terrestrial tv channels

staff was very helpful and friendly. 10/10 with the same person from previous check in . easy check in and most important thing is the lift is not crowded during checkout. staff also didn't complain as we late about 3-5min during checkout. everything is fine.

my first stay everything was perfect , the design was totally beautiful but second is not meet my expectations although the price is higher than the 1st one. I thought all of them the deco were same and very nice but this one was okay but not too nice but im okay as long as clean. the internet is not working during 2nd stay but good job to the staff who is responsible to reply me at 2am and still checking on the internet and im okay with the internet. please appreciate your staff because they were very good in customer service!

We rented a few unit of the apartments, some of d unit Air-conditioning not cold enough to cooling the room.. Some of the apartments room have Air-conditioning on di outside (living room) and using blower (exhaust fan) to fan-in the air from the living room to the room which is not sufficient enough to cooling the room..wish all d room and living room have their own Air-conditioning.. Only 1 bathroom & toilet.. From all unit (39-11), (36-11), (30-09) all induction stove cant be use.. only on our unit (13a-08) can be use.. But the happiness from getting together with families and friend ease away all the disappointment.. 8 out of 10

The room can actually fit 6 adults so it’s really a good deal for you live in for the price instead of the hotel that only can fit 2 adult with a higher price

I think they should extend another toilet currently only one so people will have to wait one by one

Was easier to find the entrance and office than I had expected. Good clear information on where to go was provided in a message just before our arrival. Comfortable and spacious apartment. Really appreciated the full size fridge and washing machine.

Occasional very bad drain smells. Not the end of the world but may put us off staying again. Also they need to have a word to the awful security guy at the pool (or even better, fire him). The harassment of guests over whether they are wearing a proper swim shirt was out of hand. My husband was wearing a proper swim shirt and THREE times was yelled at to question him about it, with the third time the guard coming over to touch and inspect it. WTF. Another guest had to resort to displaying his garment label. This guy needs something better to do, ideally in a different role where he doesn't get to have power-trips and harass people.

The location was perfect - close to a wonderful night market for evening meals and at the base of the building was a 7/11 and other shops and cafes. A lovely large pool. Room was clean and a good size for the four of us.

I'd booked a 2 bedroom apartment expecting two single beds in one room and a double bed in the other. It turned out that one of the single beds was in the room with the double bed. Not ideal.

Good location.We spent five nights with two young boys, so the facilities in the building and close by was important for us. The swimming pool (inc. kids pool) and kids play area was great to relax after going out in the morning. There are two little supermarkets and some restaurants just down the building. The apartment itself was comfortable, and had plenty of storage which was quite convenient.

Whilst the bathroom was quite nice, and had good water pressure,the ventilation in the bathroom was not too great.
