I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions. Hotel options are very limited in Clayton GA!. While I never stay in Two Star Hotels I have no reservations about staying at this Quality Inn in the future. Rooms are well maintained and clean but a bit dated. Beds and towels are clean and shower works well. I also like the location off the main HWY 23 and the back facing rooms are particularly quiet

Breakfast is not very exciting, but it is free and a nice feature at this price. Beds are fine but not fantastic. Again realistic expectations. This is not a Hilton.

Liz was such a joy to work with. She's extremely knowledgeable about her job, which was reflected in her customer service. She is a true asset for your business, This is our 2nd stay with you because we have relatives that live locally and she was just as accommodating the first time. Also, I appreciate the new ice machine.

The water pressure was quite weak in the shower. And there was a water leak, which I reported near the bathroom door...rm 215. The couch was quite stained and nasty.

This was an older model, but it was very clean. The bathroom looked newly remodeled. The morning staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast is continental with various bread options, fruit, coffee and cereal.

The air conditioner worked, but it would not be able to keep the room cool in the middle of summer. The beds were fairly hard. The nighttime staff was professional, but not the same level of friendliness. One vending machine did not work. Smell of weed outside, but that's a problem with America, not the motel.

When traveling for work I often stay at properties like Hampton Inn or Hilton Garden. This older is a bit older but the rooms are clean and comfortable and the shower is good. I stay here on numerous occasions and have rooms booked in the future

I wish windows would open but that is rare nowadays. Parking is right in front of the room on first floor so a bit of noise is possible from other guests, wasn't an issue and I prefer second floor where it is not an issue.

I liked that the hotel sat well back from the road and that they fulfilled my request by placing me as far from the road/traffic noise as possible. Staff was very friendly and personable. Ensured we knew all about the breakfast and other ammenities.

The toilet did not flush well and the A/C rattled excessively. It DID cool the room well and there were no other issues with it, but it was excessively loud and woke us several times during the night.

They had waffles, breakfast sandwiches, along with fruit, yogurt & cereal. Also had juice & coffee, and muffins, bagels & bread for toast. The attendant was very nice & helpful. Location was great, since it was right off of the main road through town.

We had a room on the back of the property, so we got the parking lot view. Of course, we weren't staying there for the view. Other than that it suited our needs for the price.

It was easy to get to, check-in was easy. Staff were very welcoming. Rooms look like they’ve been recently remodeled. It was close walking distance to great restaurants. It’s just a great location and the price was good.

Ice machine was out of order. Ice was available but you had to walk a little bit to get to it. If I was going to nit pick, a less firm mattress. After our 2nd night I slept fine, it was just so much firmer than we like. They might think about some type of doormat? It had been raining and I just hated stepping onto that carpet with my wet, dirty feet.

The facility was nice and clean. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful.

It was a little expensive for a motel. The breakfast was just okay. The eggs were not good at all, you could tell they were powder. Maybe add boiled eggs for a fresher version.

Everything. Friendly staff, great location, clean rooms.

The only thing was the sofa bed and foot stool had a lot of stains that looked like maybe spilled drinks from previous use. Would have ignored it totally but had family that needed to sleep on sofa.

Easy to get to & nice pool

The anchors for the swimming pool top were starting to stick up and will be very dangerous for those barefoot around the pool. Also, at 11:00pm we went to the front desk to ask a question and rang the bell numerous times but no one ever came to help.
