Great to have a 5 star hotel in such a less touristy and interesting part of Paris. Excellent levels of service throughout our stay. Spacious and well appointed rooms and bathrooms.

The theme was fun but in some areas maybe taken a bit too far. I wouldn’t be able to enjoy this hotel with my kids for example, and could only recommend it to a few people who would understand!

Room design and quality was off the charts good. The toilet was so high tech that it alone was worth the stay.

The lobby turns into a night club after 7pm. Although they say the rooms are sound proofed, it does not stop low vibrating noise into the room. Also, the street gets rowdy after the club exits at 1:30-2am that the noise can be heard from the street and the windows are not sound proofed.

My experience at Sinner was nothing short of extraordinary. I absolutely love the edgy but sophisticated concept. The food in the restaurant was great, and being nestled in the heart of one of Paris's most vibrant neighbourhoods, you are also close to a big selection of restaurants and cafes. From the moment of arrival to departure, the service surpassed all expectations. The staff's dedication to hospitality was evident in every interaction, and their warmth and efficiency set a standard of excellence. Without hesitation, I would recommend Sinner to those who want something different but still enjoy the finer things. This is not just a hotel; it is an experience. Needless to say, I'll be back!

I chose this hotel based on its’ location (Marais) and rank, but didn’t read any reviews, so I was quite surprised to find a whip in the wardrobe and the themed books in the toilet library. But as I was on a vacation with a friend, so we had a laugh about how we both misread the name of the hotel and just enjoyed our stay there. The staff was very welcoming and we got the early check-in upon our arrival. We booked the executive room and it was rather large, especially for Paris. I liked the different zones in the room, two sinks opposing each other the bathroom, the mat and dumbbells for fitness, and a lot of other necessities. We really enjoyed our stay in the Sinner, even though we are clearly not the primary audience.

The Sinner Hotel far exceeded our expectations. The room was a very generous size and so personally decorated and styled that I felt as though I was a guest in a lavish home. We had a very 'french' view from our window of the gorgeous buildings opposite. The bathroom was so spacious which was an extra bonus for us after experiencing many small bathrooms on our European holiday. The bathroom amenities were also such high quality. Each night there would be a thoughtful small gift for each of us on our bed and upon arrival we were given a beautifully boxed candle to take home with us. Breakfast at the Sinner was more than we could ask for with attention to our likes and with excellent presentation. The staff at reception were very helpful with any restaurant queries and would message us during the day with recommendations based on previous places that we told them we had enjoyed. On the day of our departure our taxi was unable to park in front of the hotel because the lockdowns for the commencement of the Olympic games being implemented. A staff member acted very quickly by grabbing a hotel trolley and wheeling our 6 plus bags of luggage for many, many streets to where the taxi had parked. He went above and beyond to make sure we made it to the airport on time! You will not regret booking a room at the Sinner hotel. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year!

The name of the hotel says it all! Might not be for everyone but this hotel offers a unique experience on another level. Love the dark smokey environment (dry ice type) that enters the whole area come the evening from the restaurant to the main lobby. Room (executive) was very good and a nice touch with a free bottle of champagne to start of the mini-break. The 3m high rain shower probably the best I have experienced at any hotel. The mini-spa/pool/steam room worth a visit too. The hotel was situated in an ideal location to meet our requirements. We tended to use Uber/Taxis service. The metro is just under a 10min walk. Did not eat breakfast or try the main restaurant so unable to pass comment. Good cocktails and service at the main bar- when you can see them😀

Lighting control probably seemed a good idea on paper but it is not practical and I don’t want to spend my time having to work it out. The dates we chose worked out at €950 a night and you would have thought soft toilet tissue would be a given! Personally for us the theme was great but would not entertain more than a four night stay.

Great hotel with a strong design parti pris, like all properties of the EVOK hospitality group. Our room was comfy and quiet, despite the hotel lobby being fully activated evenings with a DJ and a great bar area. Breakfast was delicious and of great quality, and all the staff were lovely. We would definitely stay there again!

The room size was way too small vs the price rates, we could barely open both of our suitcases in the room. Suggest to add a Dyson hairdryer to every room, instead of offering it as an option on the menu with only one device available to the entire pool of rooms. Difficult accessibility by car due to location in the middle of the Marais quartier.

Excellent stay and very accommodating staff who go out of their way for you. Feels like a home away from home but with all of the amenities and services of a hotel.

The pillows - unfortunately a wider selection of pillows of varying thicknesses and fillings would have been excellent. The present ones are too shallow with little to no neck support and caused discomfort for me. Having said that, this is not a shortcoming of the hotel as their offering is some of the best in the city.

A little out of the ordinary!!! Cool aesthetic, smells nice (seriously), very friendly staff, comfy bed, small touches. Be prepared for very adult themed decor in the rooms (I was not expecting that, but wasn't an issue for us. Just a warning to those of a sensitive nature! I somehow missed the memo that this is a very 'adult' hotel. Just adds to the fun!). Good location to explore the Marais area.

Room lock didn't work and there was a half used/open bottle of wine in the fridge. Not a huge issue but for the price you have high expectations. Didn't spoil our stay as staff were very attentive.

A brand new concept hotel, very naughty and interesting. Good location at the Marais (although the nearest metro stations are 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel). Very professional and attentive staff, nice atmosphere and there's a thought behind every detail. Good and strong shower, quiet and strong A/C, comfy king size bed. Very quiet rooms - no noise at all from the vibrant street outside.

While we stayed at August there was only a-la carte breakfast. Good food and perfect service, but we prefer a buffet breakfast. The swimming pool is not really a swimming pull - it's a (very) large jacuzzi. Nice for a quick dip, but no more than that.
