The breakfast was hearty and very satisfying. The staff were really helpful and friendly. I especially liked that we had the option of an air-conditioner or ceiling fan. All other facilities in our accommodation met our expectations.

Everything met our expectations. I personally would have liked in-season fruit as part of the breakfast, however breakfast was still perfect without fruit.

We absolutely loved that we didn't have to share our balcony. We had a great view. It was clean and everything in order. I loved that our shower was white and bright. Breakfast was also tasty and are not limited when tea and bread. Furthermore, the guy at reception was welcoming and was kind enough to even bring us our phone to our room when we forgot it.

The pool was kind of dirty on Sunday.

Everything was in order and my room was beautiful and I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Not forgetting the swimming pool area, we had fun with my friends

On top of my bed there was kind of dust and grass. The kind u get when the room was unoccupied for too long. But the manager did ask one of their staff to clean but she never showed up

For a group that's always used to booking entire home for weekend stays, the guest house made us feel at home. The breakfast was amazing, friendly staff * shout out to mamzo & Dannie!!* who took care of us. I'm definitely booking again next time. Location is convenient for shopping. Loved the pool. It was warm and clean. Overall, Tops service!

An extra bed in my room plus the main bed was really huge. I loved the breakfast, one is spoiled for choice. I love the location, very quiet and close to the mall.

I wish I'd known about the extra bed in one room, I could not have booked the other room because one room was more than for us. The other room remained unused.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the manager was very accommodating. The breakfast was good and the guesthouse is at a good location, close to a shopping mall.

When I booked the room it said I have a city and a mountain view but that wasn't the case. The guest house has nice views, but the room didn't as the booking said. Just a technicality I guess, the rest was good.

Cleanliness

To ignore us at the gate until we hooted even after hooting nobody attend us. Until I got out of the car and stood by the gate. That's when the manager came out and showed me the sign that I must call. I had nothing to call with as a foreigner 2. There's not even one sign to direct their clients which makes it difficult to find the place.

The staff, lovely people. Especially the host Collen, he was the best. Me and my friends really enjoyed the place, the pool area was everything. Waterfall Guesthouse is the place to be!

Nothing! Everything was just exceptional!

The Host was amazingly friendly, courteous, accommodating and went BEYOND the call of duty to make us feel at home. The unit was clean and the staff showed professionalism in every thing they did to ensure our safety, comfort and peace.

Short trip ... we'll stay longer !!!

I requested a room to accommodate my prayer schedule and considered. The room was comfortable and spacious, very clean. The breakfast was very palatable and delicious. the atmosphere and environment was extremely conducive.

I had an emergency that cut my trip short. I had to check out a day earlier. Nothing else really that I didn't like.
