The concierge at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful when we arrived. It really set the tone for our stay. Our room was lovely and cosy warm. The under floor heating in the bathroom was divine and the heat pump was fantastic. The heated pool, cedar hot tub, and sauna were lovely and clean. We really enjoyed using them.

My only small issue is the tiled floor by the pool, I skidded a few times walking down the stairs and it's unavoidable to not wet the tiles. I was really concerned if someone wasn't careful they could have a nasty fall.

The surroundings this hotel is situated in is unique, out of the way from noise pollution and listening to the birdsong was amazing, you really are in the trees

Due to the site been in the bush the pathways are littered with fallen vegetation which needs to be cleared, understanding this is a task but in the wet this could pose a problem

HI Team, we loved the whole experience, the tui in the trees were very relaxing. and Grace at reception was so so help full. the staff at dinner were fantastic, Victora made the best cocktail's, and Ben was very helpful and accommodating with his service when waiting on our table the food was cooked to perfection heads up to the chef. it is a credit to your staff you have as they make the vib and feeling amazing. we would return again for a relaxing weekend away thank you all :-)

Small private chalet in the rainforest. Heated bathroom floors were a nice touch.

The shower water pressure was weak, and the shower curtain had seen better days. Parking is available on site, but down a steep hill. Resort would transport you to/from your room by golf cart upon request.

The room had a lot of bugs which is kind of the nature of being in bushes. The gym could use an upgrade and also has a lot of bugs. None of that are deal breakers, but the stay would be perfect otherwise.

It was peaceful, quiet and good for relaxing.

Our room had sheets and mattress protector rolled up on the end of the bed. I think they were dirty and forgotten to take it away. Also on Sunday morning we ordered proper coffee but told the coffee machine was broken.

My wife and I spent a night at the resort with a couple of friends and we loved this place. We enjoyed the warmed up pool, sauna and hot tub at the sunset. We also had a delicious dinner at the restaurant and the breakfast was delicious too. The room was spacious and clean. The warmed floor ion the bathroom was the cherry on top :)

Nice tranquil location surrounded by nature. Staff was very nice. Even though breakfast staff understaffed, they were very friendly and catered well for guests inquiries. The restaurant dinners were amazing. I also loved the fireplace in the middle of the restaurant creating a cosy warm atmosphere.

Would be nice to get a bath robe for going to the pool/spa as quite cold during winter months. Also you can consider changing the specials on the menu every day (e.g fish of the day, curry of the day).

Beautiful in the modernised areas. Charm in the non modernised areas. Love the dark wood. Very clean.

The staff weren’t very attentive in the restaurant, tables weren’t cleared, drinks weren’t offered. Decks need a stain in the units.

Staff was welcoming and friendly. breakfast and dinner was delicious and gym and pool was refreshing. Beach is 5min walk. Such a Peaceful environment. Worth the price.
