The most positive point of this property is its excellent location bang on Goreme. You can see the hot air balloons go over you while enjoying the breakfast. Maureen and Ali were extremely helpful with all our requests. They arranged hot air baloon ride, green tour and transfers at a very reasonable rate. Both of them were great to talk to as well.

One cave room bathroom was having transparent doors. It was a bit of inconvenience. Would request them to take care of this in some way. The fairy chimney room is excellent, but is very small. No fault of them, but just keep this in mind when booking for a large group.

An Amazing Stay at Paradise Cappadocia I recently stayed at Paradise Cappadocia for four days, and it was an unforgettable experience. Before my arrival, Maureen and Umut were in touch, providing all the information I needed about the hotel and the available activities. Their communication made everything easy and stress-free. Upon arrival, the manager, Umut, warmly welcomed us and sat down for a pleasant conversation over tea. He used a map to show us the best ways to explore the city, whether by driving ourselves or arranging tours with his assistance. Based on his recommendations, we booked a dinner at a local restaurant and a horseback riding excursion. We also explored the Red and Green routes on our own. Every day, we truly felt at home. The team was always attentive, asking how our day was going and checking if we needed anything. One afternoon, when I mentioned I was hungry, Umut kindly brought me tea and pastries. The breakfast had great variety, served from 8:30 am to 10:30 am. One of the highlights of our stay was how accommodating the staff were for our early morning balloon photoshoot. They provided a room at 3:30 am for my wife to get ready, do her hair, dress, and makeup, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s small gestures like this that really made us feel taken care of. Having worked with Marriott for 12 years, I deeply appreciate warm hospitality, and we certainly felt that here. Every moment was wonderful. Like any place, there are areas for improvement, but they’re things that can be easily addressed. We stayed in the Chimney room to experience the cave-style accommodation. Though small, it was cozy, maintaining a warm temperature even on chilly 14-degree nights. The outlet behind the TV needed adjusting, and the toilet seat required some attention. The bathroom could benefit from a more thorough cleaning, and the fan needed fixing.

Location , warm hospitality

The location is perfect, central. The terrace offers a wonderful view of the city and the surrounding area. I could even see the balloons in my room, from the bed. It's an incredible feeling. The breakfast was excellent. It could be eaten both on a closed and open terrace. The inner courtyard is also pleasant. The staff was nice. They helped me book a balloon flight at a good price. If you look around the city, you can get a good price for the next day elsewhere, if you're lucky. You can only book for the next day, it was not possible 2-3 days in advance. However, if the flights were canceled in the previous days, you won't be able to get a good price anywhere. Very good value for money.

Bar prices are high. There is no hanger in the bathroom to hang clothes or towels on.

I recently stayed at Paradise Cappadocia Hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 🌄 The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Cappadocia, with easy access to the area’s incredible sights, including the famous fairy chimneys. The hospitality at this hotel truly stood out! Mr. Umut, the owner, was incredibly helpful in planning my activities, from a magical hot air balloon ride to a scenic horse-riding adventure and the popular Green Tour. He also provided excellent recommendations for local dining spots and nearby shops, making it easy to explore Cappadocia like a local. Ismail was also wonderful—he planned my hiking trip and mixed a few drinks in the evening, including a hot toddy that was just perfect for the chilly weather! 🍹 The room was spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated, with all the comforts you’d want for a relaxing stay. Everything was spotlessly clean, making it feel like a home away from home. Breakfast each morning was simple but filling. One of my favorite parts was relaxing on the rooftop terrace in the afternoons and evenings, taking in the breathtaking views of the fairy chimneys as the sun set. It was a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. 🌅 If you’re visiting Cappadocia, I’d highly recommend staying here! The warm, welcoming atmosphere and fantastic service made my stay unforgettable. Can’t wait to return! 🌟

Paradise Cappadocia truly captures your heart! We stayed in the Cave Suite and loved it so much, the room is large and comfortable and has been so beautifully decorated and designed. Our friends in room 107 and were able to lay in bed and watch the balloons this morning! The location is fantastic, a short walk to the shops and the sunrise point. The terrace has beautiful views of the town and is a great spot to watch the balloons from in the morning. The breakfast is delicious, with so many options you won't need to buy any lunch. The owner and staff made us feel so welcome and are such kind and genuine people, we could not recommend this hotel more. They also helped our friends book a last minute Balloon ride - true hospitality, going above and beyond for us. Also helping book a table for our group of 11 at a nearby restaurant. The owners dog is around sometimes, and as dog lovers this was another highlight as she was so sweet and playful.

I loved the room, I loved the location, amazing views 360, impressive at sunrise and sunset, especially when the hot air balloons start going up. They have this amazing terrace and the place all around has such lovely decorations. The very kind lady that prepared breakfast and gave us ayran even though it was not on the menu. We gave her a hug, that's how good breakfast was. The food was so tasty every time. The staff was so lovely, so relaxed and always ready to help with information about anything. Thank you to Ishmael for being so nice to us, and to the boss as well, but also to the big boss (the lovely wife). Thank you to the other lovely boy from reception at night, for providing a hair dryer so late in the night, within minutes after requesting it. Thank you to Pickles, the loveliest and most playful dog ever, I loved playing with her and giving her treats. Also, the fact that my nickname is also Pickles made us bond quicker 😅. It went by too quick.

Great location, great staff, and great breakfast. The hotel is very close to the center of Göreme, where the majority of travel agencies are located. The room features stone walls, which provide natural coolness in the hot weather. The breakfast offers a lot of variety and seems different every day. The balcony are grown with grapevines, providing shade when you want to sit outside

The room could use an AC for added comfort. The sleeping area is a bit tight, but it was fine for us since we're not very big. Also the hotel's taxi pickup price is significantly affected by inflation.

Breakfast was good and typical for Turkish hotels. Views of the city and hot air balloons were good from the terrace. Location was convenient - 5 minute walk from many restaurants and shops and near the open air museum. Management (new) was very friendly and helpful and encouraged us to book balloon flights a couple months before our trip which was a good recommendation.

The fairy chimney room was very warm with just a fan to cool us down and the ceilings were low for a 6'2" person. The room was small but that's to be expected with it being built into the fairy chimney.

Guys this place is really unbelievable and the pictures don’t do it justice. Further the owner and the hotel manager are so lovely and really made our stay special, spent time with us and told us a lot about the area. The location is exceptional, short walk to the viewing point, you can literally watch the balloons go up from your bedroom (from ours we could), hotel has a stunning terrace and lots of chill out areas, close to going tracks and all the restaurants and shops. As you read I can’t recommend this place enough!

Nothing, it was exceptional!

The location was really good nevertheless wherever you want to go in Capadoccia you should take a transport or go in a tour. We were very happy with our room, the bed were very confy and bathroom was very clean. The breakfast is included and was also really good. The hotel is near to the open air museum to which you need tickets. Staff were lovely, they helped us a lot with recomendation and doing our laundry too!

We went there in April which is not the best time to take the hot-air balloon experience. It was cancelled 2 days in a row. The hotel held a construction job while our staying, and it was right above our room so it was annoying since it was too loud. We think this jobs should be done while people are out of the hotel.
