I absolutely loved staying there. We had a problem of a late flight arriving at 02.50 am at Kayseri and at 4.20 am when we reached the hotel, Hasan was there to welcome us. The rooms were lovely with soft beds, heater for the eight degrees cold in October and well decorated. But, more important for me is the helpful attitude of this family run hotel which impressed me a lot. We did our Red and Green tour booked through them which were nice, too. It is worth mentioning Burcu, too who was sort of hand holding us much before we arrived. Another advantage in staying here is that it is in a central area with a plethora of options for eating. I would love to stay here again, God willing.

Hotel location is very close to the bus station. In the morning you can see the balloons right over your head. A big terrace in front of the room with sofa and tables. Small organic garden with trees of lime and apricot. Overall very beautiful. The room had a charming rustic look. Breakfast variety was ok.

Commode was not clean. The wooden floor in the room was broken from one place. The hotel owner has a cute little dog but unfortunately I am not comfortable around dogs so every time it tries to be friendly, I became nervous

The room was nice, traditional style and nice garden and reception. Room had all amenities, towels, extra blanket and slippers, shampoo, shower gel and soap. Employees are very nice, I really appreciated the owner contacting me in advance and the lady that welcomed me was very kind. I advised them that I had early departure and they brought my breakfast in the room the evening before. Highly appreciated. Maybe not the best accommodation, but the employees made it a good stay.

A bit of mould in the bathroom and the smell was very strong and made me cough. Could hear everything from outside. I had very early departure and was trying to sleep early, but I could here voices just outside my window, probably other guests talking and couldn’t rest too much. Socket power was on and off.

The cave room with a wall size window and the view towards the fairy chimney and hot air baloons were amazing. Nice interier design, spacious room and comfy bed. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of varities and homemade. Beautiful garden space. Very close to the market with lots of shops and restaurants at walking distance. Our host Burcu was very kind and helpful. She arranged all our tours and events which was very convenient. Highly recommended.

The bathroom was spacious and nice but was a bit smelly which didn't bother us too much as we managed by spraying some room freshners.

The location is very good and overall very nice place. The other double rooms were nice. Breakfast was good too

The double room with two beds compared to the other rooms (we were a group so we could see the others) is overpriced. It is less nicer but you same price as the others. Bathroom has the shower pretty much over toilet so every shower means all the floor of the bathroom flooded. It was also very smelly .

It was a great two nights stay. Burcu, the owner, really took care of us: she was always kind and friendly, providing us with useful information on places to see, where to eat, providing us with shuttle services to and from the airport, organised our tours and the hot air balloon flight (with a discount). She helped us purchasing a local SIM card with the best price (she actually walked us to a local super-market and explained their staff what we were looking for). The hotel is really nice, both the outside and the rooms from which you can see the "fairy chimneys". Excellent location for taking tours (we did the Green Tour, highly recommended) and the area is full of restaurants for all pockets.

The hotel was special because there is an intimacy environemnt. It looks like you are staying in a family house. Everyone is so kind and lovely that makes you stay so much better. Even thought at the first view some of the facilities are not the best, it adds charm to the place and make the hole experience much more intimate.

The cleaness of the bathroom, the towels were aged and some of the facilities could have more maintainence.

Burcu, the property owner is exceptionally the best. I was treated like a VIP or like a family. She was always there attending all my needs, arranging all my tours to get the best of my stay. She was always keeping me informed of everything even before I reached Goreme. The room is so cute, cozy and clean. The cats and dog are a plus. It was a great stay, though the hot air balloon rides were cancelled due to undesirable balloon weather, but I guess I have the reason to come back to Cappadocia.

The breakfast is basic, but good and would cover most people's taste. The staff was very friendly and helpful and organised tours and transvers for us. The location is great and there is lovely seating outside under the trees and grapevine.

The room was nor serviced in the 4 days we were there, but it wasn't a real issue.
