Central position next to Railway station and across the road from V & A museum in Dundee We arrived 2.5hrs early and were provided with a room straight away. The property was very clean and the breakfast was pretty good All in all a nice comfortable place to stay

We received a phone call to say that we had left our bags, a jacket and a charger cable in our room. My reply was we were in the breakfast room having breakfast and had not left yet. We saw the funny side and our belongings were where we had left them. Otherwise all good

Breakfast was quite poor, could have been better variety and hotter food.

Sleeperz hotel is ideally located. It's beside the train station but you don't hear the trains. There's a bus stop outside the front door for local and intercity buses and the stop for the airport express is just across the street. The V&A, Discovery point, waterfront and Slessors gardens are within a few minutes walk. The city centre with shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, galleries and museums are a short walk in the other direction. The staff are incredible.. Friendly, polite, helpful and make you feel that nothing is a problem. Rooms are impeccable and the beds are super comfy. Buffet breakfast is fabulous.

The restaurant only serves breakfast, no evening meals. However you can avail of coffee and cake during the day.

Location is perfect, we took the train and my daughter counted 59 steps from the hotel exit to the entrance to the train station! Just across from the V&A museum and Discovery Ship. Very central to the city centre too. We had a double room which was very spacious, bathroom is small but functional and the shower was great. Were on the 4th floor, it was quiet inside and out. Buffet breakfast with usual continental, cereals and cooked breakfast which was all very nice (no black pudding sadly) but apart from that was good. All staff were friendly and helpful, lifts were pretty quick.

So I did have a very pleasant stay at the hotel and all the staff were helpful, upbeat and positive. Some names include Walter, Tetiana and Nicky but all the staff I met were dead-friendly. The kettle in my room wasn't working and it was replaced within a few minutes of me raising it at the reception desk. The staff member (blonde hair and glasses) showed me how to use the television as well. The food and drink was good but I only stayed for one breakfast. Location was great. I travelled by rail so the location of the hotel was incredibly convenient. The room itself was comfortable and trendy.

The television. So I wasn't in my room much and didn't watch that much tv. However, I do like to watch the news and a movie on occassion. The tv system was hard to use and the remote and online guide was complicated and became a bit of a puzzle to me. I tried to watch FilmFour and had to memorise the channel number to keep finding it again. The signal was week for most of the channels. I found this to be a bit counter-intuitive and a bit of a drag when everything else on my trip went so well. The only snag to the whole experience.

The location. So near to the train station. A very nice supermarket inside the station. I cannot think of anything they don't have. Open 6am til 9pm, Excellent. 1 minut walk to the hotel and 1 minut walk to the bus stop. 3 minuts walk to the Waterfront, 2 minuts walk to the nearest pubs Max wait for a lift 1-2 minut. Exceptionel friendly and helpfuld in the reception. Very nice breakfast room with a nice view over Dundee. Very nice and clean room with a very nice bed with even better view. I didn't needed my electrical adapter (i came from Denmark) to charge my phone, because there was usb stick in the wall. Fantastisk shower with lots of towels. Plenty of soap. The entrance and the lift and the room everything operated with a keycard. At the breakfast buffet i loved the British bacon and the saugages(my favorites), very nice coffee. And again a very friendly and helpful staff. If i am comming back to Dundee i will absolutely choose this hotel again. All The Scottish people is very friendly and helpful. You will always get a smile. If your looking a bit confused they will ask you if they can help you in anyway. Beautiful. I love Scotland.

I would have liked if it was possible to open a small window in the room, so i could get some fresh air, Although the air in the room was fine. The breakfast menu was very fine but the bread selection was very poor. Only the famous British white bread and brown bread(white bread with color) was available.

Room was nice, bathroom was lovely, clean and spacious. Fantastic view, overlooking the water, bridge etc. Location could not have been better, on top of train station and a few minutes walk to shops

Breakfast was a huge disappointment. Everything was cold, the layout did not help, the walking back and forward did not help. The lukewarm food was at the start, then yoghurts etc next, fruit juice next, tea next then toast. The’hot’ food at start was very cold by the time you waited on toast. It was not worth the money. I would not go back for breakfast. I would put cold food at start and the hot stuff at end, worth a try Pillows on the bed were unbelievably soft, difficult to get comfortable because of this. Bed was comfy and fresh

The hotel’s location is excellent, conveniently situated right across from the Dundee/Edinburgh bus stop. The staff was accommodating and allowed me to extend my stay until 1 PM to match my train schedule, which was helpful.

The TV was not functional, as it only played radio and no channels were available. Despite reporting the issue, there was no resolution during my stay. While the staff was accommodating, it would have been a nice gesture to waive the extension fee given the inconvenience caused by the TV issue. However, I was fine with paying the fee since I used my other devices.

Everything! Great location

Room was adequate, clean, very comfortable bed and the name Sleeperz is perfect, for that's all you really want to do there. Sleep and go on to where ever you plan to go, in our case Carnoustie Golf Links competition. The staff where lovely and very helpful. The location perfect for Dundee and the train station is nearly underneath the hotel, so very easy. There is also a Tesco Extra which again was very handy for our purpose. We were away before breakfast so we could buy our breakfast, eat it on the train and our lunch to picnic while watching the competition.

The only thing that might have helped would have been a restaurant for evening meals. When we came in tired we had to shower and run out looking for somewhere to eat quickly. However, I knew this before booking.
