Bar and Restaurant team were superb. Lounge and restaurant area was stylish and very comfortable - beautiful views of the marina and ferry coming in and out. Ate in the restaurant for dinner and the food was faultless - delicious mussels with fries. Good selection of wines by the glass. My room was extremely spacious and comfortable with a lovely view. Breakfast was also very good. Parking was easy and a real bonus.

There was no information guide in the room - be it about the hotel, the spa, room service, the bar/restaurant menu or the local area - to orientate yourself on arrival. A little local information would have been appreciated regarding the area, ferry's, things to do etc. The bathroom - whilst spotless – felt a little underwhelming given the rest of the hotel decor and room design.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! From the friendly and helpful staff to the relaxing spaces around the hotel, it was all we could have hoped for and more. The En Suite area was luxurious and the balcony meant we could really enjoy the surroundings in our own private setting. The reception, porter, bar and dining staff made us feel at ease whilst ensuring we had everything we needed. We've had a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.... we will be back!

Overall very nice, friendly, comfortable, excellent breakfast, also enjoyed dinner the evening we ate there. Also very handy car charger in the car park

It was incredibly warm, but solved as we turned off any heating and the air conditioner on to get the room to a comfortable temperature. Opening the window also worked but there was no way to ensure it didn’t swing shut.

Modern, beautiful furnishings and sparkling clean⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Breakfast service was really good. We loved that it was table service for all courses and more coffee delivered quickly and without quibble ( unlike similar establishments in Cornwall) Staff are a credit to the hotel.

Really clean, comfortable, cosy hotel in a great location and convenient parking.

The only disappointment was the 12.5% gratuity at the bar. It wasn’t even table service so I paid the extra for just one pint that I ordered at the bar and took 10 seconds to pour.

Enjoyed the dining experience for both dinner and breakfast. Waiter/waitress service was first class. Rooms were well appointed with a veranda and a lovely view of the river, the ferry and the steam railway making a lovely back drop.

Exceptional location supported by excellent staff and quality of food - always friendly and keen to help with lovely touches like fresh milk in the fridge etc.

The coffee pods didn’t work in coffee machine. There was a half drunk bottle of water in the fridge that someone had used before us. The pillows were very hard.

Lovely breakfast. Excellent evening meals. Fantastic location. Brilliant room.

Some staff lacked enthusiasm . The front desk could be more appealing and more of a statement.

Very attentive staff and beautiful furnishings. We live close by but wanted to try the Dart Marina Hotel. We actually couldn't fault it.

Could not find a single reason why not to like.
