Excellent property. Very close to everything.

No problems. I recommend 24 hour security because I saw a strange man walking around in the parking lot. I reported this to the staff and they address the matter quickly.

-Great location, facility, staff. - Close to the Garden Walk, cheese cake factory, AMC theatre with limited seating in Garden Walk, and freeway. - Laundry self service or on request available. 4 dollars worth of quarters for each washer and dryer. Soap and softener available at the front desk and coins. -Nice pool and fitness room. -8 minute Walk to disney shuttle, or 20 minute to disneyland. - very nice holiday decorations. - staff is very nice and accommodating.

-Loud noise by street side of cars and music. Rooms are not sound proof. You can hear every one outside, you can hear foot steps at the floor above, noise of doors closing. -Car parking....35 dollars a day plus tax; plus Disney tax< why>. -coffee and tea, needs different location. One person can use it at one time since So small a place. Best to invest in mocha and lattee machine.

Breakfastcwas average, same every day. Beverage need upgrade to natch the price of room and facility. Coffee and water not that hot and all were kept on a side that is so small then one person can use at one time. Create a bigger space or move to where cereal is. Even 7 eleven has better coffee and tea. You can financially gain more by having a small coffee machine inside that serves mocha's and lattee and tea

Car park is out of roof. 35 dollars a day is too much. It should not exceed 20 dollars a day since you are also charging disney tax.

Walking so far for shuttle

New facilites, spacious rooms, clean. Close to Disneyland. Has a laundry room, which comes in very handy for families. Nice pools outside and a decent fitness room.

The smell… smelled musty and nasty everywhere. It wasn’t lack of cleanliness, the hotel was clean. They probably need to change some filters in their HVAC system or something. The laundry room requires (a lot of) coins, which is inconvenient and dated.

Breakfast options were great they do rotate the sides but the main course is pancakes and waffles which is still good can’t go wrong with that. The hotel itself was pretty nice check in was seem less as well as check out. And we were also able to get extra towels for our large group. As far as the suite it was very spacious w 3 beds (1 pull out couch)! The proximity to Disney was perfect it wasn’t across the street but it’s as close as you can get to Disney. If you’d like to walk it’s about a 20 min walk. We did take the Toy Story shuttles which worked out perfectly. Would definitely stay here again.

Little disclaimer you do have to pay for parking aside from your hotel reservation $30 a night. 4 night stay = $120 for parking. I wasn’t bothered too much by it but others it may be a deal breaker. Also the beds are NOT on the softer side but their manageable.

Not too far of a walk from Disneyland! Even after our long days of walking all over the park we still opted to walk back to the hotel rather than Uber, probably a 10 minute walk. The breakfast was good, with lots of options and it opens early enough that you can eat and get to the park before it opens. Also love that the pool and other amenities are open 6:30am-10pm so either before or after your Disney day you can relax in the pool for a bit. Staff was super friendly, very cheerful, and helpful with retrieving my dad’s pillow he left in the room hours after checkout.

The eggs at breakfast tasted like egg whites only. A bit fake tasting, texture was a little odd. But the omelettes were tasty!

The location of the hotel is great. It is very close to the Convention Center and the world renowned Disneyland in Anaheim. Staff is attentive and accommodating. The room is clean and well arranged, which made us really relaxed during our stay.

Breakfast time finishes at 9:30AM, which is not really cool. As visitors on our vacation, we need to relax, and quite often we sleep in every morning. We stayed there 3 nights but we missed two breakfasts. May I suggest that the breakfast time extended till 10:00AM, and you really make everyone happy!.

March 2022, we loved our stay at the Hampton…our first time staying at this location. We stayed for 4 days/3 nights. Booked through Booking.com. We were there to visit Disneyland and Hermosa beach. The front desk staff was very approachable, respectful and always cheerful as we went in and out of the hotel. Our room was spacious: beds were comfortable, sheets were clean, bunk beds were a plus as you can see in the photos, 2 large TVs, a couch, USB ports everywhere, a mini fridge that was always cold and a microwave but we did. It need to use it but very convenient to have inside the room. The bathroom was also spacious and clean with plenty of towels we have no complaints! The hotel had a modified service of no stayover housekeeping services but it did not impact our stay. Breakfast was included during our stay and even though I am allergic to eggs there was plenty to choose from: oatmeals w/fixings, milk/juices/coffee/tea, eggs/sausage/hash browns, pancakes (we had these Saturday) toast/jam, a variety of cereals, hot sauces and more! OTHER Reviews complain about the breakfast, this just is not true the hotel was more than generous. They had coffee until late at night as well light/dark/decaf and hot water for tea. Splenda and regular sugar too. My spouse and child too advantage of the pool and really like it and the jacuzzi as well, pool was heated. Yes there is a daily parking charge $26 but it did not impact our stay. Hotel was 10-15 min walking distance to Disneyland parks and downtown Disney, very easy to walk. Lots of restaurants/coffee shops and a Walgreens was near our hotel. 8 min away from the hotel was the Anaheim Packing District (many restaurants in one area). We are looking forward to our next stay at this hotel!

Room was bigger than expected, actually they were 2 rooms in 1, awesome for 4 of us! Loved that parking was included so if yo are going to Disney you save parking lot and you have free shuttle a block away (in Toy story parking lot) or in front of the hotel, even though it is a 10-15 minute very enjoyable walk (lots of options) to Disney Staff super helpful as daily I need them to storage a medicine, so that is extremely valuable! Location is awesome if you are going to Disney; also, they have laundry machines for 4 dls which is super valuable Really loved my stay here. When I comeback to Disney I would book this hotel for sure!

Even though I am super satisified, what I do not like is thay you have to call front desk every day and ask for room cleaning otherwise they will not do it. Also, nothing to to with hotel but consider that everything closes at 10pm, so a late dinner is not an option and if you are returning late from Disney (hungry) you will only find Denny's open or 7 eleven!
