The staff is very nice, even too much sometimes haha. Breakfast is incredible! We came back for it. The pool was Amazing, temperature perfect. The view is beautiful. The wine and snacks as a welcome gift.

Keep in mind, no sunset as you are facing the sunrise. Can hear the neighbours very good. the bathroom is outdated, the sink looks very used.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience! The facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful swimming pool that was perfect for relaxing. The restaurant exceeded my expectations with delicious food. The hotel's design is beautiful, and the views are breathtaking. What really stood out to me was the staff – they were incredibly hospitable, accommodating, polite, and always willing to help. Their service truly enhanced my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Another great perk was the car rental service they offer. The car rental company comes directly to the hotel and brings the car and contract right to your door, which was incredibly convenient. Overall, this hotel provides a luxurious and stress-free experience. Highly recommend!

First we had a suite it was on top of the hill, the only minor thing is we had to call to be picked up to go downstairs. And with the driving, you had to get used to going up a high hill. But after a day you get used to it. All fairness the staff also picks you up within minutes, give you a mobile phone you can use at any time. So the service/staff were great, very hospitable, accommodating and helpful. After my sister left, I had another room. This was was close to the hotel, I really enjoyed that one even more. Great rooms. A bit expensive, but that’s Mykonos in general.

The staff were exceptional, professional, polite and friendly, Massive Thanks to Christian and the team in the bar restaurant they were amazing! The service is outstanding! The cleaners also deserve a mention as our room was immaculate in the 9 days we were there. The location is stunning, peaceful and I miss the view so much. We were glad we hired a car so we could go out and explore, as a bit of a hike to the centre. Mykonos island is amazing. The food was fantastic and was made with fresh ingredients and love, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. We also loved the Rose wine! Thanks also for organising the anniversary flowers they were beautiful. We can't wait to return.

The room was slightly smaller than I had hoped as we were there for 9 days but we didn't spend much time there, as the weather was beautiful.

The hotel manager (Sofia if I remember correct) was very helpful and attentive. Facilities were excellent. Room (we received a free upgrade) had a nice view. They also helped us on airport transfer (with an additional payment). Overall it was a relaxing stay with a lot of positives.

Nothing major. May be the hotel was slightly off from the main attractions and you need a vehicle if you are planning on travelling back and forth. Best option is to rent an ATV which will be really helpful if you are to travel within the island (regardless of where you stay), which we did.

Welcome drinks were lovely.. ALL staff were extremely professional and polite, attention to detail was second to none. The hotel is beautiful and clean, very relaxing, breakfast included was brilliant, so fresh and healthy. Originally I thought the hotel was positioned slightly out the way but it wasn’t at all, the hotel (to our surprise) had the best views looking across at Little Venice & the famous Mykonian windmills, truly magnificent to wake up to everyday. It was less than 10 minutes into town by car where we spent most of our evenings eating & shopping. We hired a car to get around the island, highly recommended if you want to see different places & beaches (platis gialos & super paradise are worth a visit). Overall i couldn’t recommend Mykonos No5 enough, it even had a small gym which was handy if you like to keep on-top of your fitness whilst abroad. Compared to other hotels in Mykonos, you could spend an absolute fortune and this was priced so fairly I wouldn’t look anywhere else. Thanks Mykonos No5!

Nothing - was all fantastic!

The greeting upon arrival was amazing; staff provided a tasty amuse and cocktail while the reception completed the check-in procedure. The hotel was located on a beautiful hill overlooking the old port/town situated on the other side of the bay. This provided spectacular views during day and night from the restaurant, pool and room! All in all the staff where pro at hospitality and making you feel special, the food was delicious and the pool had just the right temperature to make me not want to leave. Can highly recommend this place to travel seekers looking for a place to expand their five senses!

The most magical, beautiful hotel on the island. Staff are second to absolute none, super friendly, efficient and always going above and beyond to make the experience brilliant for the guests. George in particular - a complete asset to the property! Gorgeously designed rooms and pool area with a restaurant fit for a Michelin star (seriously the BEST food ever!). We’ve returned four years running, and each year it somehow gets better and better. Already cannot wait to come again next year!

Its pretty flawless - but the only improvement would be to bring back the hotel transfers. The hotel have recently removed this offer, therefore leaving guests with the only option of expensive, transfers by the local taxi company (€40+ Euros each way into the town).

Mykonos No5 is an amazing Villa very well located in Mykonos. We were 4 adults and shared a large suite with 2 rooms that was huge, with everything one could need for a large group. The breakfast is simply delightful, with so many choices! The view is spectacular. The pool is eco friendly and pristine. However, the best part of staying at Mykonos No5 is the staff, a special shout out to the many staff who made our stay so enjoyable and memorable, in particular: Sofia, George, Paris, Tokie, and most especially Cristian. We truly hope we are able to return soon!

For some reason some of us could not connect to the hotel wifi, this was disappointing and while we were not in Greece to stay glued to our devices, it made it impossible and frustrating for some of us to communicate back home with family, social media, or banking. We were all using iPhone 14 Pro's so it was just inexplicable. We attempted several times to resolve the issue with staff, but a solution could not be provided. Otherwise, without exception, every place we visited with free wifi connected seamlessly for all of us.

Distance from the main part of the island. Only way to get anywhere is via taxi or the motel bus. Also there restaurant meals were way overpriced given there was nowhere else to go to eat.

Staff were amazingly friendly, especially towards our baby. Location overlooking the bay was also lovely.

My wife ended up with over 60 mosquito bites on her legs, despite using plug in repellents. Every morning she would wake up with more. Thankfully we used a mosquito net for our baby and he was fine.
