We booked the day before as we were on way from Halifax to Ontario. We decided to stay in Drummondville because we heard it was a nice town to visit. We loved the spacious room and beds. There were 3 of us. The room was spotless. We overlooked the garden area and a bit of the indoor pool as well. We did not have time to use the pool but did have dinner in the hotel restaurant. It was good (not great but good, no complaints). The front desk staff were great! Next morning we went into downtown Drummondville…such a nice town..worth the visit.

There was nothing we did not like. We were only there one night.

Comfy beds. Coffee machine in the room. Pleasant staff. Close to hwy. there is a pool.

Our room was directly on the pool so in the morning we were woken up by kids yelling in the pool. For resting, ask for a room facing on parking lot. Had a stain in the toilet (not the end of the world, but still). A bit of a humidity smell in the room. Had they started the heat a bit in advance we would not have smelled it.

This Best Western location provided, by far, our most appreciated and most comfortable accommodation during a recent extended trip to Quebec and the Maritimes. This was our first time traveling with our Newf, and the Best Western's 'dog friendly' room was truly that. The facility is wise in that it provides a 1st floor room for the dog (we learned, the hard way, that our dog does not like an elevator). Plus, the room had all of the accoutrements one needs - super comfy beds, a small fridge and decent-sized TV with cable:) As an added bonus, the City of Drummondville is gorgeous.

It was very nice and welcoming. It was clean, comfortable and convenient.

I don’t know if it’s a booking.com problem or what, but when you search for a pet friendly room, the hotel appears but it doesn’t show you just pet rooms. That means the staff is surprised when you arrive with a pet. I think this is not the hotel’s fault. I think it is a glitch with booking.com ap. I’m going to look into it.

All went well. The hotel standards were 1st class. As weary travellers, we were thankful for the "at home" ambiance. Beds and linens were comfy and crispy fresh. The mattresses were terrific thus inducing deep sleep. We awoke rested and upbeat for the day ahead of us. The in house restaurant presented 5 star dining.. Reception and upscale grand lobby set the mood for a wonderful visit.

The elevator could have been larger. When house keeping and luggage trolleys are aboard, there’s precious little room for more than one passenger.

Drive up to our room was very much appreciated as we were travelling with a pet. Made our lives so much easier. In house restaurant for dinner was delicious!

Check in was challenging as a wedding seemed to be gathering in the lobby so hard to hear but otherwise no issues. Thankfully the wedding reception was not an issue - i.e. no noise issues! Having breakfast included would be helpful as many other competitor hotels do include. We didn't want to wait in a formal restaurant for breakfast so drove to the local Tim Horton's.

Pool was excellent but access to hot tub wasn’t easy and extremely difficult to exit for a five foot woman. Breakfast was very good, service pleasant and helpful.. beds were comfortable, pillows also, lots of towels.

We had booked for three adults, only given two coffee cups. Small things do matter. The night manager was able to get us a mug and some sugar, so we were okay.

Clean and renovated room with a comfortable king bed. Keurig and refrigerator in the room. Jetted bathtub that said it was de-activated because of Covid. It wasn't. Placed in a room at the far end of the property that was VERY quiet! Drapes blocked out all parking lot light. This could be good or bad, pet friendly property.

Hallways were starting to show their age. My room was at the far end of the property. The doors from the parking lot did not have card access so I would either park near the entrance or near the room. Either way, a long walk was happening. Lighting in the room could have been better.

After a long day of driving, I was so happy that the bed was so comfortable. I travelled with my dog and was thrilled that I was able to park my car in a space outside my door.

There was no ice in the ice machine on the first floor. I checked for some when I arrived and when I checked out. The gentleman that checked me out was very helpful. He went up to the third floor and found some up there. He was also really friendly. I appreciated that.

I liked that the gym is 24 hours a day! That's one of the main reasons I stay there while travelling. Also, the business center is in a great location with a lot of privacy.

I did have difficulty getting the computers to work at the business center. This was not a big issue for me during this visit though. But during the fall, winter and spring when I am there I do need the computers working.
