The staff were super, suuuper friendly and helpful, and this even though I do not speak French well at all. The windows open up really wide. They allow dogs and there was no extra fee to pay for this!. The room was spacious and had extra seating as well as many amenities. I even noticed a hot tub on the upper deck, but not until I was leaving. And once again, the staff were so friendly it was wonderful.

The room was warm when I came in so I opened the window wide, after several hours I realized that there was no screen, I was on the ground floor and a female travelling alone. My bad for not noticing though!

The staff are always amazing. They are true hoteliers. I was traveling from Niagara to NB and this is always our mid way stop. The staff made sure we were happy safe and comfortable. Traveling with kids is never easy however they made my son feel so welcome and independent.

It's off season so it's understandable we don't have chairs on patios. However staff will accommodate when asked.

Close to the highway. Very convenient as a stopover. Staff (Lise) was delightful. Continental breakfast was very good - lots of choice and food was fresh. Room was basic but all we needed for a stopover. Very clean. Very good value.

Pillows were tired. Newer fluffier pillows would have been nice. Not a deal breaker however.

The staff were wonderful and friendly! I was not required to pay for my small dog to stay as she told us pets are part of the family. The room was a good size and very comfortable. Also the price was very reasonable considering your breakfast is included. Location was great as it was right off the hiway!

Nice continental breakfast with cereal, toast, bagels, coffee, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. The room was a bit tired but the king bed was very comfy, the room was large and quiet. Super close to the highway for easy access. Lots of food options nearby. Perfect for a one night traveling stop. Our dog loved it to

We had a great stay. When we 1st checked out our room it was not cleaned. But Lise at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. Not only did she give us the best room at the Hotel she was so kind. My French is not to good, she was just amazing. Made us feel so welcome. We will be back to visit another time. My French will be much better, she inspired me to learn French. 👍

Location. We have stayed at the motel every year for many years on our way back from East Coast. It is dated, but clean, great hot water. And there is fine dining available if you wish to drive.

Limited access to food, snacks or drinks But it wasn't busy so bar was closed but that was fine.

Although close to the highway this location is quite. Very busy but after closing the door to the room it was very peaceful. The staff are exceptional almost to the point Of fussing over you. We enjoyed a breakfast where again staff could not do enough to make sure we had everything needed. We used this location at the beginning of our vacation and it was our last place before arriving home. Both times were excellent and cannot say enough about the service. Keep up the good work

There is nothing to report about what we did not like. From checking in to checking out everything was good.

Everything from check-in to check out was great. We particularly enjoyed our time in the breakfast room as the attendant was very friendly and so attentive to everyone's needs. She was really good with two small children...joining in their singsong. She also has a great sense of humour and wonderful attitude. I am sorry I did not learn her name.

The bathroom, sink and counter were clean however there could be a little more attention to general dusting such as the baseboards, ans some other surfaces were quite dusty.

Very easy access off the main highway. Close to some restaurants for food. Facility does have a bar attached to main building in case you want to have some drinks after a long day of driving.

Parking was a bit tricky but enough spots for guests.
