The staff was great and being able to get up and have breakfast right there without having to go out to get it.

Carpets are dirty, and furniture is dusty . In the bathroom, there's mold in the calking, and the flooring doesn't meet up to the wall .Only one of the elevators works, and the other has a fireman hat blinking. it just makes you feel a little nervous. But I do understand that you just had a hurricane 2 months ago, so we all need to give a little understanding for that.

Second stay for us. Dennis was great again at check in and the breakfast staff is always so kind. We had a room with a view of the Christmas lights in the park which my daughter loved.

Room was mostly clean but there were dog toys under the bed and dog food left by the bathroom door. The shower handicap handles were rusted and parts falling off. Unfortunately there was also a group of people yelling and screaming in the hallway outside all the rooms on our floor. Dennis was great and tried his best to stop them but we ended up calling the police because they would not quiet down. Dennis was more helpful then the police but the people did calm down after they left.

I received a lovely welcome at 8pm when I checked in. The woman at the front desk couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating. My room was very nice, beds and pillows comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. I was pleasantly surprised to see my name on the tv as a welcome! The breakfast room was clean and nicely organized. Food selection was good. I told my husband that we are switching from Comfort Inns to Hampton from now on.

Breakfast was great. Variety every day. Love the fresh fruit also. Pillows are comfortable.

Could not have been prevented, but a 6am fire alarm. Should have had some type of lighting when alarm went off, and some kind of announcement. But my daughter got a beautiful picture of the fire truck and hotel and sky.

The receptionist staff were genuinely caring. They made good restaurant recommendations and gave coupons. Also the hotel put a night light in the bathroom! Ray!! Additionally, staff always seemed to be cleaning, it made you feel secure. Absolutely ALL staff were polite and kind.

Have been to the hotel before. It is starting to look a little beat up and worn.

The location was close to the baseball fields my son had a tournament at, we loved the park across the street as well!

We were woken up in the middle of our sleep due to a fire alarm. We had to evacuate from the 5th floor with two little boys who were scared and confused. We sat outside for about 20 mins just to find it was a false alarm and due to so many using the elevator had to go back up the 5 flights of stairs to return to sleep.

Was exceptionally clean ,rooms were nice air conditioning was cool cause it was hot people were friendly staff was great cleaning women were wonderful had a great time and I will stay again because I’m coming back soon

The only thing I can comment on is the pool area there were at least 15 children and adults who must came on swim pass because they were not staying at this hotel none of us who were at the hotel who paid could enjoy the pool that day and that was on the 23rd or 24th of July that’s my only complaint that they got The pool for the whole day most of us at the pool decided to go to the beach I just didn’t think that was fair for the amount of money that we pay for the room.Breakfast was awesome every morning I stayed for five days

Clean, comfortable. Great breakfast.

There was an apparent hole in the wall in the bathroom. A fairly large wallpaper patch was placed over the hole. It was pealing off. Looked like something I would expect in a motel 6, not a Hampton Inn. Plus, there was no dresser in the large room for clothes.

Rooms were in need of repairs, rooma small, no drawers for clothes. Also requested a king bed suite or king bed room and a double queen bed. Checked in, could only get 2 double Queen bed rooms. Had to take a handicap room because when I reserved the 2 rooms, seems only 1 room got reserved. Luckily i called a couple of days before arriving and found out only 1 room was reserved which was the King bed room. At Check in, is when I found out we got 2 Double queen bed rooms. So desk clerk said there was only a double queen handicap room. I really did not want a handicap room but had no other choice at the time. Plus when I called , desk clerk said he could not find my reservations using Booking.com reservation number given me in my confirmation email.

Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Hotel room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast selection - I was hoping for more fruit and maybe oatmeal packages...the orange juice was out...I didn't see anything that appealed to me.
