Excellent value and location. Our suite was very roomy and clean. The pool area was on the smaller side, but very well maintained and aesthetically pleasing. The room was not decorated much, but I saw many rooms were being upgraded (don’t worry, not a load renovation, just swapping out mattresses and a fresh coat of paint and adding decor items). There was such a cutie ice cream shop on property!

The fold out bed wasn’t super comfortable, but is there a comfortable foldout bed in existence?!

Location, first floor, beds and pillows comfortable, AC unit fine. Listing mentioned a hot plate, but there wasn’t one and I asked the desk there wasn’t.

I bumped my head on a leaning light post walking out of the front parking onto the steps. Looks like it was patched with steel to support it at the base at some point. Extra parking fees were not disclosed in listings so that was a surprise, additional I think it was $60.

I wanted to make coffee but there were no cups so l went down 5 floors, got my travel cup, washed it and the coffee maker didn't work. That is my only complaint. But if you've ever seen Airplane, you know how important coffee is.

we really like the location setting in the surroundings with other high price hotels. the place was close enough to reach all of our destinations on foot or a short ride to Key Island.

we really didn't have any issues other than the screaming kids in the pool below.

I absolutely love the location of the hotel and the fssct that the beach & Taco Bus are right across the street.

I enjoyed every aspect of staying here.

Location to beach was a little walk but not to bad

The website was not honest on rooms that you booked. Showed same photos for every room. My son booked at same hotel and his room was way different then mine

I took my daughter on her first beach vacation for a week and two weekends. We met grandparents there so that I could work from the room during weekdays. The room had a desk, working outlets, a lamp, and adequate Internet to support video calls. I was looking for an inexpensive, clean place for an extended beach vacation. This was it. The hotel is old, but seems to be very well managed. Everything was totally clean. People came daily to take care of the room and supplied needed items daily. In all ways, all staff members were responsive. The front desk provided items upon request. If you're considering staying here but hesitating because the price is reasonable, I strongly recommend it. It doesn't offer quite the comfort of the newer high rises right along the beach that cost $300+ per night, but it was comfortable, clean, and a 5 minute walk from a couple of beaches, including the main Clearwater Beach. I'm very glad I made the choice that I did.

Some of the towels are a bit worn. In general, they provide pool and beach towels, but there is this mechanism where you have to exchange a card for it. I feel like dishonest people could easily steal towels while it mostly just creates anxiety for honest people. I'd recommend doing away with that. It's a shame that there are people out there that can't be considerate and honest with hotel towels. The rooms don't have many electrical outlets, being a bit older, but I managed.
