Nice clean hotel in good area, big well stocked rooms with good views and open windows. We always stay here while in the city.

Could be cleaner, hostess/receptionist lady could be friendlier, like maybe smile a bit? Nobody wants to see a scowl.

I loved that the staff were very willing to help even though I speak English. I saw previous reviews where they said that the staff were rude but my experience was the total opposite. I interacted with all the staff members while staying and they were all pleasant. The room did not come as I specified in my special requests however I got it fixed the day after. When there was the roach infestation I was immediately offered another room. I also requested late check out & I got it with ease! They were quite accommodating

There were roaches. I think the hotel has an infestation so that is something for them to look into. The toilet paper had mold on it.

The staff was amazing. They helped in every way they can. I enjoyed the fruits at breakfast time. The location is very close to the subway and the bus that passes by the inn is usually headed to Albrook Mall. The room and price served it's purpose. It's not fancy, but it's doable.

The internet was a bit slow. There were critters in the room and the breakfast was repetitive. Scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausage, bread, pancake, and the usual cereal, coffee, tea.

All good & enjoyable stay..good size room..views to the skyscrapers surrounding...there is pool outside...fresh fruit/coffee, teas & juice with eggs toast, sausage in the morning..this was a bonus as it was Christmas day. There was a dinner menu for Christmas day as well, but i ventured out to eat chicken tacos/cheese & guacamole down the road..this place was one of a few opening

Perhaps from the outside it need freshening, the windows etc, but all good & cozy inside

Place is close to the city. Metrostation is just 5-10 min away. It is a perfect place for someone who need a comfortable bed. Breakfast was just ok. Room are usually open when you do check-in, so do not be afraid why they are open.

The location is great with many restaurants around. Very clean, spacious and well stocked rooms with mini fridge. Restaurant staff and housekeeping is all very polite and professional.

A little rude with the main receptionist, she should smile and be polite and kind with guest. If she is not happy with her position she should leave. Nobody wants to see a scowl when they arrive.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very nice, pleasant, and patient with me. My Spanish isn't superb however the staff took their time to understand and translate perfectly! The room was large and the bathroom was renovated to a more modern look. The room was clean as well as the breakfast/dining room areas. Food was FRESH and well portioned. Had dinner there twice, I must say..."¡Estaba delicioso!"

Not to the hotel's fault, however the neighborhood east of the hotel isn't the best. I'll say within a mile eastbound (pointed right of the hotel's lobby) you will notice how the neighborhood quickly changes from decent/pleasant to "start heading back to the hotel". The security in and around the hotel was present so I felt safe within the hotel as a Solo Female Traveler with limited Spanish.

the location, the good price, great breakfast, the rooms are big, with desktop and chair, great Airconditioned, near to the metro 2 blocks.

some people in swimwear in the elevator some small cockroaches in the bath, which then fumigate

Room was comfortable and clean and staff at reception was very friendly. Good location, within walking distance of a supermarket and easy to get Uber or hail down a taxi.

Nothing stood out to warrant a complaint.

The staff provided outstanding customer service they promptly met all my requests. Location is excellent right in the middle of downtown within walking distance to restaurants and stores. Comfortable King size bed. Free breakfast. Great value for the money compared to other hotels in the area. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay in a good, safe location and are not concerned with a lot of bells & whistles then this is the place.

Hotel is very old and needs to be renovated.
