I liked the receptionist they were kind and helpful The location was nearby the train station (.35 cent ride) I liked the space of the room it was really big, clean and tidy I like the space of the shower The hotel was great had the metro machine as well to top up my metro card

I didn't like the fact that the front desk don't fully understand English I didn't like that the sink didn't have hot water, only the shower had hot water. I didn't like that there was no iron I didn't like the fact that the floor always feel wet and the sheet as well, I didn't have any blanket with me to cover, their spread was thin. I wish the mini fridge didn't have to shutdown everytime we left the hotel.

Great location in downtown, 5 min walk to metro, easily connecting to airport, nice rooms with great skyline view, rooftop pool open 24h, free luggage storage, very nice stuff. I stayed 3 nights, when coming and leaving from other places in Central America. Storing my luggage for free for 8 days was a great service, all I had to do was to pay in advance the night at come back. The area is very nice, many restaurants, markets, stores, very safe at any hour. About one hour walk by the sea to Casco Viejo, on a beautiful promenade. The pool on top flor has shower cabins which are great if you have a late flight and wanna take a shower before leaving. Next time in Panama City I know where I'll stay: here.

I liked everything.

I stayed there the rest of my friends stayed at the Waldorf hotel. I about three blocks away I paid $235 for 5 nites they paid over $1500 for the five nites. The rooms at the Waldorf was better but not $1300 better. In fact they all wished they stayed where I was staying. All you do is sleep in the room not vacation in it.

There was some construction going on in the hotel that was kinda loud at times but the hotel was respectable enough to start later in the morning and was done at a decent time also.

Huge room with lots of space to walk around, great view of the city too. Plenty of tables, chairs, couch etc. The rooftop pool is awesome with a large open area for doing yoga or whatever, the water is clean and refreshing and there are showers and toilets in the immediate vicinity. The restaurant has enough food options and is well priced for downtown P.City. There are vending machines, free bicycle rentals, a pool table. I love this place and will be back anytime I am in Panama City!!

Hotel Terranova is a mere 7-minute walk from the Estación Iglesia del Carmen (Metro Station). One can get to the Tocumen International Airport by Metro as well as other locations such as the Albrook Bus Terminal and the Albrook Shopping Mall. The service was very good and very welcoming. Always appreciate service with smile and that I received at Hotel Terranova. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. The air-con functioned adequately. There is a closet with a few hangers, always a plus in my book. Restaurante El Trapiche is a 22-minute walk. I went there based on the comments posted on Google Maps. I tried something different: empanada a la olla. It was different but good.

I can't think of anything negative at this moment.

The inside part of the hotel is really nice, the terrace with the swimming pool really beautiful. Personal was gentle and professional. AC in the room worked really well.

The room was a bit weird, really big but empty. It would be such of an excellent hotel if the rooms were equipped with some more facilities and the bed was more comfy. In general, from the outside, the hotel is not the best but, as i already said, inside was nice.

Such a great hotel right in the middle of everything! The staff is very nice and welcoming, there's a nice restaurant with affordable prices inside the hotel, the rooms are really big. There is free wi-fi, an air conditioner, cable TV, a big closet, the shower is also very big. Theres also a pool and the location of the hotel is magnificant! Its close to so many restaurants, bars, shops, you can go on foot.

Its located near a main road so it can be noisy sometimes.

The check-in staff was very efficient and friendly. The room was large. There was a walk-in closet with ample hangers (always a plus). The view from the room was fantastic. I did not have any problems falling asleep as there were no noises from outside. The bathroom was fine.

I found the shower drain sluggish. I am not keen on having water back up while showering. The bedroom could do with a bit more lighting.

that i was able to walk around to restaurants and stores

well hardly anyone speaks English there . there is no where for customers to do laundry . they wash towels every day and when we were checking out telling us that the towels were dirty I never herd such bullshit in my life the towels are white for a reason to use bleach to wash them
