I stayed for a week. The location was good. Right next door to the shopping mall and near walking distance to the film museum and Piotrkowska, as well as transport links. The room was immaculately clean every day of my visit and the cleaning staff were very cheerful too. The bed was big and comfortable and there was a tub in the bathroom, which was an excellent surprise. I only had breakfast just before I checked out but the selection was good. I felt very much at home in the hotel and Lodz is a really enjoyable city.

Unfortunately for the hotel, there is an 8-lane round directly outside and the noise of the trams cuts through at night and early in the morning. Also, there was a bright light directly outside the room I was in, that illuminated the hotel sign. The light still got in at the sides and bottom of the blackout blinds. Use earplugs and an eyeshade and you will still get a comfortable sleep here. I tried the restaurant one evening and at least half of the menu was unavailable. I ended up with a burger, which was still very good.

It was clean and functional, bed very comfy. The staff were very helpful - for example booking a taxi for me and printing off my boarding pass. Also giving me information when I needed it. Would have been exceptional staff rating if one of the receptionists had smiled more ! It was close to the main street and other hotels where I was meeting friends, and next to the wedding venue. Felt very safe generally although being a single female it looked a little run down in places nearby, so could not say exceptional.

Would have been nice to have had a refrigerator in the room.

Easy acces to transport and the city's landmarks, comfortable room, friendly staff, generous breakfast buffet. And a working shoe shine machine at the reception, excellent.

Some of the meals served at dinner in half board did not match the excellent quality of the breakfast. The restaurant sometimes closed earlier than mentonned in the time schedule.

The room was comfortable decent and the bed was comfortable and good for lying on. Perfect location for shopping and transport. Very close to Galeria Łódzka. The staff were very friendly and helpful

In the room was too hot at night but when opened the window the noise of cars didn't allow to sleep.

Very clean rooms and perfect location, 1 min from Galeria Łódzka, 5 min from Piotrkowska main street. Rooms are not big, but they seem to have good isolation against noises. I heard other children from the outside, but from the inside it was quiet and pleasent. Extra plus for the bathtub, which is perfect to relax after a long day or drive.

Room numeration seems non-standard and odd. Even numbers are on one wing, uneven numbers on the other wing. This was misleading for us at the beginning, because nobody reads the signs if you are in a rush.

spacious room with a big bed. everything very clean. great location close to the city centre and the shopping centre. quiet room and I could have my window opened, but my room was not facing the main road. very friendly and helpful staff

It was easy to find the hotel as its location is wonderful. The room was clean, stylish with climate control. The hotel offered two bottles of mineral water, a set of tea and coffee sachets, an electric kettle. The breakfast was tasty and very substantial from traditional bacon and eggs to fruit salads. The diverse meat/sausage selection as well as various types of bread were offered. It could satisfy the most demanding visitor.

The room faced the busy street so it was a bit noisy. But it didn't prevent us from falling asleep.

We came to the hotel very late at night and the check in personnel were waiting on us which Im very thankful for! Quick and easy check in, papers were ready on my arrival so I was able to sign in and go to sleep. Hotel has a private parking lot with a lot of space.

Good location in the center, the street Piotrkowska is within walking distance. Private parking (I felt safe about my car). Air conditioning (it was very useful due to the heat outside). Pet-friendly (even received a gift with doggo treats, see photo). Wi-Fi. Coffee/tea facilities in the room.

The hotel was very good for the price. Nicely set up and the room was very clean. The staff were nice and helpful, especially when I requested for a quiet room so I can work effectively. The wifi connection. The location is super good. I recommend Campanile hotel, Fela!
