The location was perfect, just 2 blocks from the Cathedral, 4 minutes walking to Zocalo (Old Town Center, all tours start from here), 11 minutes walking to Parián Market and Callejon de Los Sapos (Alley of the Frogs). The room was clean, comfortable, the staff were friendly. I didn’t have any complains about the noise because I asked them to please assign me a room that was not facing to the street.

They can improve the Wi-Fi. It was not working good, constantly connecting/disconnecting. The Wi-Fi is not stable.

Location and close to all restaurants. Staff is very friendly.

Toilet doesn’t flush. Shower door doesn’t close. Sink was a bit strange and can only wash hands.

Great Location! Close to the main attractions and great restaurants. Quality - Price Ratio is worth it! Comfortable bed and a great and clean bathroom. Bathroom had everything including a hair dryer which is a must for me. They have parking for guests and I hqven’t ised it but it looks great.

The laundry service took more than 24 hours. The clothes smelled nice and were nicely foldee but the stains in my clothes remained. In the night when you come it is quite conplicated to get in. Have to ring the bell and someone has to come down to open. You can’t use your card to simply get back inside. Location can be noisy sometimes. Still great location and good quality - price ratio.

The first room I was given was horrible, with no air conditioning while there were plenty of other free rooms. For me that was the worst that's why I wasn't happy about my stay...
