Very well kept facility and attentive staff. I was happy with the value for what I paid. The morning coffee was good. I could do with a larger shower area and sometimes neighborhood noise may be annoying. All in all it was as a good choice to stay here. Good value for the money.

One neighborhood dog that was across from our hotel make things a little difficult for sleeping.

Best place to stay in Puebla !!! Everything was perfect. Rooftop is amazing, there's beautiful view of city from there, also there's table and chairs there to chill with group of friends during evening. Beds were big and comfortable.

I had this problem in whole Mexico - You sometimes need to wait a veeery long time to have warm water from shower.

Beautiful old hotel with great staff and nice room. It’s a few blocks further from the zocalo than I would have liked. But for the price , it was amazing. The area is very quiet at night, not too many places to eat. In the morning the traffic noise is loud.

This is a great opportunity to stay in one of the beautiful mansions that define the centro of Puebla. There's a massive roof that we used as our smoking area that has an amazing view and was completely empty the two days we were there.

There was no coffee in the designated complimentary coffee area. The hotel isn't in the very most central part of the centro, but it's only a quick 10 minute walk, and we got to see another part of the city we wouldn't have otherwise.

The building was beautiful, the staff were all very friendly. The rooftop was fantastic and the high ceiling rooms were great. It was a very very nice place that I would recommend highly to others, especially if you want some peace and quiet. Not really a place to meet others.

The location felt unsafe at night because the streets were abandoned (not because of people). The hot water takes a LONG time to heat up, and even then it’s not very hot.

Everything was exceptional I really recommend this place…. But if you are driving a rental be careful with the police I got robbed by two cops Long story short they said I didn’t make a full stop on the intersection and they took my money 🤬🤬🤬
