Very clean modern room with comfortable bed.

Travelling with a car is very adventurous with overkeen parking wardens, high prices and no hotel own parking. Room light switching is also peculiar with only one switch position at the entrance for all lights. Internet very slow and weak

That’s staff were very welcoming and helpful, as soon as we got there a member of staff came out to welcome us and help bring all our luggage to the reception, we had fresh towels the next day without having to ask which is amazing

The only things we didn’t like was the lighting in the bathroom, being a girls lighting is essential especially when getting ready, couldn’t find any PowerPoints in the bathroom so we had to dry our hair on the table in front of the bed, we couldn’t figure out how to turn off the hot/cold air, weren’t even sure if it could even be turned of due to my friend having bad hayfeaver and sneezing/coughing she then realised there was dust on the air vents

Location and amenities service, beds comfy. Staff let us use bag storage on our last day to explore city before night flight and use gym showers upon our return as it was a 35c day, big thanks. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Took a whole for house keeping to bring up towels, after 3 calls, front desk ended up personally bringing them up. Dinner service was a little slow, chefs (2) seemed under the pump low on staff? Tuesday dinner 21st Jan. 4 foh also seemed a little stressed. Took an hour for mains to come out, and lettuce side was missing pickeled onions. Weren't in any hurry though.

The location was amazing, 5-min walk away from a metro and a train station which offered many public transport options. There are many F&B options around us, and there is also a Coles just opposite the street. The Laundromat is straightforward to use and a nice extra touch to our stay. Room is really spacious, toilet is big, kitchen is very well furnished with basic pots & pans, cutleries, microwave, toasters, etc to help us whip up simple meals. We also enjoyed the chromecast function on our TV. Overall enjoyed our stay a lot :)

We stayed on level 23, was right opposite an office building - didn't dare to keep curtains open wondering if they could see through to our room (as we could see them quite clearly). Could have shared more information during check-in e.g. we only found out that there is no housekeeping on Sundays when our room wasn't cleaned. On some days, our coffee and tea sachets were not refilled, but the concierge very kindly delivered them to our room when we asked for it.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It exceeded our expectations! The rooms were perfect size, the bed was super comfy, and the A/C was easy to work and cooled down the room nicely (which was important to us). I would recommend staying here over staying in the city center. We saved so much money by staying in North Sydney and it was super easy to get to the downtown area via ferry or train. The hotel was of 5-star quality. This has been one of my favorite hotel experiences in a while.

The only negative thing I could say was that the lighting in the room is not very good. However, this was not a HUGE deal for us and we would 100% stay here again, no question.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at, and we have stayed at plenty. Up until checkout, they would have received 10 stars!. Bed was extremely comfy, A/C worked amazingly and staff ensured our room was was cool whenever we came back if we forgot to switch thermostat back to cooler, bathroom was clean, stocked and had great water pressure, hot water with rain shower and handheld wand.

As we were checking out, we had to wait in their lobby area for about an hour and used the women's restroom, which smelled horrible, and trash trash was overflowing. Also a young lady at the desk supposedly called us a taxi but after waiting 20 minutes we asked the other gentleman and he said the process was never completed. He processed it, and the taxi supposedly showed but didn't wait long enough for us to get downstairs. On the 3rd time, they said it would be 4 minutes?? The taxi process took 40-50 minutes to get us in a taxi. Thankfully, we were not rushing nor running late

Contemporary and clean hotel, convenient location in relation to the new Metro line (Victoria Cross station), Bar Lettera was super nice and we liked the interiors especially in there. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable too! A great stay overall

The interiors of the rooms and bathrooms have a dark colour scheme so it’s not overly female friendly for applying makeup, but that’s a minor point. Maybe an option for a brighter light by the bathroom mirror would help with that.

Fantastic location - around the corner from the new Sydney Metro Station (Victoria Cross) and just a couple hundred metres further from North Sydney train station, so super quick and easy to get anywhere. Well designed and appointed room with great views (I was on 20th floor of 23). Huge comfortable bed and pillows. Everything new and sparkling clean. Price was modest (for Sydney). Lots of restaurants , cafes, bars, shops in the neighbourhood.

A little more signage at street level would be useful to help direct new arrivals to check in on 5th floor (but I'm quibbling now!)

This is the second time in the last month or so that I have stayed here, and it is now my go to place in Sydney. The hotel is immaculate and the staff are fully professional, and engaging. The rooms are lovely and quiet, great facilities in the rooms. Walking distance to shops, supermarket and the North Sydney Railway station, so access to the rest of Sydney is at your doorstep. Will be my first preference everytime.

Parking is the only issue, but easily available if you are willing to pay. However, just a tip, parking Saturday evening through to Monday morning is free on the street, so I was there for the long weekend sir my car did not move until checkout Public Holiday Monday (Free)

A lot cheaper to stay in North Sydney metro a 5 minute walk with excellent transport links, room was spotless and has a small kitchenet area. Large room, comfy bed, great shower room with toiletries. Based in the business district so the surrounding area was quiet. Quite a few cafes and drinking holes in the area too. Would stay here again to save money for sightseeing.

All modern hotels now have aircon and no opening windows, I do miss having access to fresh air.
