I am disabled and requested a first floor and was immediately accomodated. I was assigned the first room near customer service. ( Room 111 ), which was fantastic! It limited my walking, so that was great! The room was large and clean. The bed was extremely comfy!

The only request I would make would be in reference to the breakfast food. The eggs were terrible. The sausage was rubbery. So, I ate a small bowl of cereal . But, I don’t drink milk so I had a few bites of cereal. I also have silica disease so I don’t eat wheat or grains, so I didn’t eat toast or waffles. There was “ fresh fruit”, but it looked old. So, for breakfast I literally had five bites of fruit loops. So, when I left I had to make a stop at McDonalds, which I wish I did have to.

Lost power at midnight on Friday due to storm. We were on the second floor and had to go down the stairs with 5 days worth of stuff. Power was still out when we left at 10 a.m. By the way, there is a broken down car directly across from registration (plastic over drivers window, flat tire on front passenger side and a donut on the back passenger side. It looks tacky for it to continue to stay there. It needs to be towed away. Breakfast was not that good.

One of the nicest BW hotels that we have stayed in. They have a lovely restaurant and bars on site will wonderful, delicious meals. The menu is very good and has a bit of everything at very reasonable prices. We were tired when we arrived and it was so nice not to have to go out and look for a place to eat. The lobby was nicely decorated for Easter. We had a freshly cooked breakfast in the morning at the restaurant that was included in the price and was very enjoyable. I would recommend this BW Plus for your stay if in the area. Comfortable beds, large carpeted rooms.

We liked the location being off the main road. The girl at the desk, Emily, was very pleasant and informative. The bed was comfortable. The shower was good, but no grab bars for safety. We liked having a laundry room close by. It also had a nice breakfast.

We wished that there was an indoor pool. The wash that we did, did not dry in the dryer, so we had to hang it up around the room to finish drying. We did hear dogs barking in the morning down the hall.

They always accommodate my request to be on the first floor due to my disability. The beds are so comfortable and staff is so pleasant.

I do not partake in the free breakfast. The eggs and sausage are rubbery and have no taste. I don’t eat the pancakes, waffles or cereal due to celiac disease. I do not care for yogurt. So, there isn’t much that I can eat. I always go straight to a drive through when I leave in the mornings.

I stayed at this hotel while traveling for work and right away I loved it. The lobby was clean and the lady at the front desk was very helpful and quick at getting me checked in. I stepped in to my room and got my luggage unpacked and relaxed for a few minutes before heading back out. It felt like a safe area overall and clean, everything was in it's place. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot!

I would probably recommend trying some different pillows for the beds, they were a little bit on the stiff side, but I wouldn't say that I didn't like it, per se. Maybe some updated shower knobs or a walk-in shower would be great too, but not a complaint for what was there by any means!

The front desk clerk was an absolute joy! She was the best part of our stay.

We didn’t expect our room to be cleaned every day but it would have been nice for someone to take away our dirty towels and leave clean towels. We ran out of body wash on the first day and it wasn’t replaced. We also ran out of toilet paper. Just a few little things that might help future guests.

The property is pet friendly with much green space. The person at the front desk was kind enough to give us a first floor room. The room was clean and spacious. The value for the stay was great. The buffet breakfast was adequate.

The location. A parking lot for the neighboring Cracker Barrel adjoins the property's green space. There were persons who were living in their cars in the parking lot next to the green space. A homeless person in one car cursed at me while I was walking my dog.

The staff was great, they were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were good rate was great.

Well it was very pretty, but the stairs is too much it really need to stress it has stair no elevator. My husband has hard time climbing them and I saw a few other people that had a hard time getting up and down them. I also had a problem with the microwave it smelled like some on cooked hair in it.

I liked the location and price. I also liked that there was shampoo, conditioner and body was in the shower! Huge fan of dove products and that's what they use!

The beds were tiny and uncomfortable and the room was a little outdated.
