Great location, clean spacious room. Good options for breakfast, we appreciated that breakfast went until 10 on the weekend. We were traveling with my parents so there were 6 of us and the room is great for 4 adults.

The sofa bed that my kids had to sleep on was awful. My 9 year old actually slept on the floor because the springs were so incredibly pokey. My 7 year old sleeps in a sleeping bag so I think that helped him. The bed just had a fitted sheet over the mattress. It was also super stained and looked like it needed to be replaced.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean. Free breakfast and parking. It is located in a convenient place and easily accessible to the interstate.

They were not able to issuse any guesta room key. We're told the system was down.Each time we needed to enter our room, a staff member had to let us in. We were here 2 nights. The wait was less than 5 minutes except for 1 time.

The location a little confusing to get to. The food, staff, and facilities were great! The price was good too considering we tried another facility for close to the same money, and the beds had not been changed and a roach joined us on the elevator. Also, the elevator smelled bad.

The only place to get ICE was on the 3rd floor. You would think that at the start of the busiest travel time of the year they would have addressed the fact that the whole building will have to make due with 1 ICE machine on the 3rd floor. Plus no information on the Signs that were posted " OUT OF ORDER" as to where the the working Ice machine was.

Breakfast area was very small and cramped. We stopped by to grab something quick and they were out of fruit and bagels/muffins, but I forgot a spoon for yogurt so when I went back to grab a spoon as we checked out they had refilled the breads so I was able to grab a muffin to go.

It looks like the facility needs some extra improvements. Carpets in the rooms, new shower heads. For comparison please refer to the same hotel in Orangeburg, SC as an example. We even paid less there and it looked better.

This is my favorite spot to vacation. I decided to spend the night celebrating our anniversary and to especially use to hot tub but unfortunately it wasn't working😔. It was working but the water was freezing so it was of no use.

Broken hot tub..always seems to be "waiting on a part".

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was very large, which was great. The television quality was also great. I also appreciated that the air conditioning was on and the room was cool when I came in.

There was nothing that I did not like.

Our smoke detector started beeping at 10PM. We called the front desk and we were advised to try to remove the battery. We did, but it kept beeping. The staff notified us that there were no 9V batteries available.

was not wild about the bathroom set up. The room safe didn’t work. Upon checking in, we were not told that we needed to request that the room be cleaned while we were out, so when we got back we were surprised to see the room as we left it. We had to call the desk to request towels and cups. The breakfast was also a disappointment.
