We arrived late (after 22:00), but still were personally met by the host, thanks for that! The family room was very spacious, two different parts for the master bed and children's beds. The beds are very comfortable, I would give a 10 only for that. In the morning a good choice for breakfast and freshly prepared eggs of your choice upon request. Plenty of shelves, hooks in the bathroom to put/hang your stuff on. The hotel is located up on a hill, the view is very nice

Unfortunately, the shower door cannot be closed properly, so you end up having lots of water in the floor after the shower.

Breakfast buffet plentiful and available from 0630 which is perfect for an overnight stop on a road trip. Beautiful view while eating breakfast and a choice to sit in an area with our dog to avoid leaving him out or taking turns at breakfast. Room size great, with kids in bunks in separate room/hallway. Parking was also good, with a large area just across the road for larger vehicles or if there's a lack of space. Be aware that the hotel is effectively built into the hillside so if you're not very mobile it may be best to check with them to ensure you will have your access needs met.

Only possible comment is the bed was too soft for my liking, and airconditioning would be wonderful to add!

The hotel is on the hill. Very nice view on the valley. Nice walking paths through the forest. The path that leads to the bus station (in case you want to use bus/ s-train to get to the airport) is lit at night.

Great breakfast in the morning, but no food later in the day. There are a couple restaurants walking distance from the hotel, but they all seem to be open in the evening (after 5 pm)

We loved the breakfast, especially the scrambled eggs omg they were the best I ever ate! Also the view from the dinning room was beautiful. The staff was very nice. I loved that there was a big closet and a lot of space to put your luggage. And it was a nice neighborhood to go for a walk. There was enough parking space.

The room furniture is dated. Our room was next to a very busy road so if you are a light sleeper it could bother you.

Our bedroom: super clean; spacious enough for the four of us (2 adults and 2 teenagers!) with a beautiful landscape view. Parking area is convenient, right around the hotel area. The receptionist and breakfast staff were friendly and quick to help! Breakfast was delicious. Eating places (at least the one that we went to) is walkable in around 10 minutes. And, according to our children, the welcome haribo candies on the pillows and the two bottles of free water were superb!😀 A fine overnight to recharge indeed, before continuing our trip. Thank you!

Very convenient to the Stuttgart airport and anything you may need in the villages surrounding it. The breakfast was included and had a great selection of meats, cheeses, buns and more including eggs to order. The staff were extremely friendly and the room (family w/bunk bed) was perfect size and very clean with an awesome view.

Can be tricky to enter or leave as it’s on a turn, but not impossible.

Hotel Pfefferburg is situated just outside of Schonach in a great location with a beautiful view over the fields and a forested area with a walkway at the back. The staff was very friendly and helpful and advised us of places to eat nearby. The Room was big and had a separate area for the bunkbed; the bedroom with double bed had the ensuite roomy bathroom. There was free car parking available behind the hotel. We had a good night and a wonderful breakfast the next morning.

Excellent, Breakfast is great the staff do a great job. Check in was easy and the parking and location are great.

Though hot and stuffy, need a fan in your room, the rooms on the bottom floor are facing the driveway which means you really can't leave your windows open because of the noise of the people and cars walking by.

We booked a triple room for a family of 3. The hotel location was good with lovely views of the valley. It was located on a main road yet we hardly got to hear the traffic noise. Its just about 25 minutes drive to Stuttgart from there. There was a little forest right behind the hotel so every morning rose up to birds chirping. The staff was most courteous and helpful. The room size was good for 3 people. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. We were provided with towels, toileteries, hair dryer and 2 bottles of sparkly water. The breakfast was basic but good. They served variety of breads, confitures, cheeses, cereals, cold cuts, eggs made to order, juices, fruits, tea/coffee etc. Restaurants, supermarkets etc were close by. Railway station was walking distance away. Overall a great place if one wants to spend some quite time away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

The pillows were too soft for my liking but then I guess it's more about one's personal choice and not the hotel's fault. Also the wc in the bathroom of my room was placed too close to the radiator. The placement could be hazardous for small kids when the radiator is on. I am not sure if bathroom in other rooms are designed the same way. It would be more hygenic and pleasing if garbage bins have lids. The one in our room had none.

Beautiful and quiet location, comfortable clean rooms, room had everything you might need. Little Haribos and water waiting for us was a lovely touch. Family room has two parts with corridor and bathroom in between, feels very spacious.
