Very neat and nice apart hotel is located 5 min walk from the metro station (Hospital 12 de Octubre) which brings one to Puerto del Sol station within 15 min. 20 -30 min from Barajas airport by taxi. We had a two level apartment with an internal elevator that really impressed us very much. The room is cleaned every day with the change of towels. Good blackout on the windows. A big supermarket is 5 min walk. We also had welcome water and coffee capsules. As well as toiletries. Staff is really nice and helpful. There is a small closed pool on the roof and 24/7 gym on the basement. It’s very quite to sleep (6 floor). There are no internal corridors - when you leave the room you find yourself in the open air long balconies with stairs (and an elevator as well). There is a breakfast offered (12 euro) but we never tried.

We would like more comfortable pillows. Also we wished we had a kettle and additional pots and bowls - though we never asked (may be it could be managed through the reception).

Great apartment hotel. We had a duplex with a kitchen and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the first floor (with a washing machine) and a living room and a second bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the second floor. You could reach the second floor either through a private outside staircase or a private elevator (that could fit only 1 person at a time) in the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped (good size refrigerator, microwave, stove top, dishwasher, plates and pots and pans). The breakfast was nice and they made omelets to order. The employees of the hotel were very nice and quick to respond to requests (eg. extra towels, ordering taxis etc). The location is very good. A 5 min walk to a metro station on the yellow line (3) which brings you to Sol. A taxi to the Palace cost just a few euros. Not a lot of restaurants around but a grocery store very close (5 min walk).

We had torrential rain during one day (Madrid had to close parks, roads were flooded so not a normal rain) and water was coming into the apartment first by the private elevator shaft then through both the front and back doors. As all the corridors of the hotel are outside, the corridor leading to our apartment was flooded and water was leaking in from under the door. The hotel staff put towels on the floor and mopped up water and tried to clear the corridor of water so we could leave the apartment without getting soaked. The next day the sun was out again and everything was back to normal.

The facilities were really modern, clean and functional. The price was good considering other places in the city, and though it was not near the centre it was super easy to reach the main tourist areas by hopping on the number 3 metro. The staff were very helpful and check in and out was very easy.

It would have been nice to be able to lock the door of the room internally, and it was a shame the pool closed at 9pm as I arrived too late to try it. There was also not many facilities around the hotel - quite a quiet area.

- good value for money - equipped with dishes, glasses, fridge, electric stove, fans, Tv (did not open it), etc. - it was clean. The pool from the top floor is a plus (I did not have time to stay at the pool, just went to see it). - the balcony - the external blinds - there is a big supermarket near the hotel ( few minutes walking distance)

- no A/C. In the end of september it was ok, but in the summer I believe an AC would be needed. - a little bit far from center, but the subway is near and you can reach the center pretty fast. - there are some structures under construction in the back of the building. There was no noise during the stay, just not very pleasant visually - not such a problem and at the end it I believe that will like a spa or something similar. - no dish detergent nor sponge for washing the dishes

The appliances where good, the stove was broken when we got there but the staff changed it pretty fast. Great that we had a dishwasher and a washing machine.

We did not end up buying the breakfast as we thought the selection was pretty poor for the cost. Considering it was an apartment hotel with dishwasher and stove they could have supplied us with dishwasher soap and salt/pepper etc. If you are not traveling as a couple or family the toilet and shower is a bit open considering it’s only covered by glass in the bedroom.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Is has everything you need and it was very good having a washing machine as well. Harum in the lobby was so helpful and friendly. The pool was a very nice addition. Great place to stay!

To have a glass bathroom in the bedroom was horribly uncomfortable and gave absolutely no privacy what so ever. Not my favourite design.

The hotel is located not far from the city center. Less than 1 km you can find Lidl. Bus stops are in 200 m from the hotel. The design of rooms and hotel were excellent. The facilities in room sitisfy all needs for staying with comfort. The rooms are clean. The hotel is a good choice for a traveller.

There were nothing to dislike in this hotel during the stay

Having a little kitchen was a nice addition, saves having to go out! Pool was refreshing, but a little small and salty instead of chlorinated, still a nice touch for after a hard day. Clean towels and bed made daily.

Surprise €150 deposit at check-in! Weirdly small eating space, but it worked. Floor seemed dusty with sand or something, stained my socks. No English channels on TV! (everything is dubbed) Very noisy ventilation, but you can close the bedroom door.

Outside of central Madrid, but easy to reach centre (Sol) via metro line 3, just a few minutes walk away. Very comfortable room, with plenty of storage space and well equipped kitchen. Nice to have a balcony.

Would be good to have a few coffee capsules/tea towel/washing up liquid included in the suite, rather than have to buy for just a couple of days. There is ongoing building work close by so some noise from that at times.
