Everything about The Kirana Tembok is outstanding. The resort is quiet and peaceful. Away from the tourist crowds. This small resort offers exceptional service and spotlessly clean facilities. The management and staff work together flawlessly to offer personal service to the guests. The food is top notch and fresh. The room, bed and bathroom were all clean and comfortable. The AC and WiFi work well I was able to have a Zoom meeting on their wifi. The massages I received from Setia in their gazebo overlooking the sea were the ultimate relaxation. We also enjoyed seeing how they make coconut oil, palm sugar and arak on the premises. The warmth and genuine kindness from Dewa, Ani, Gede, Kadek, Lista and all the others working at The Tembok made our first trip to Bali truly special. Thank you.

We liked everything in the place, the very nice suite room (we got upstairs and twin bedded on request), the well kept gardens, the friendly staff, the lovely breakfast and the huge pool with seaview! We most of all liked the quiet ambiance of the area and of the hotel in particular! We rented a scooter and went to Les waterfall and to many warungs and small hotels for lunch/dinner. But has also two meals at the property, which were certainly good! The value for money is awesome, and we will recommend this place for sure and hope to return!

There were so many things it was perfect The staff were amazing and awaiting my arrival helped me with bags and had lovely cool AC on in my very comfortable spacious room. The staff are so caring and friendly and supportive. Nothing is too hard. The bed was comfortable changed daily if needed The meals were amazing. The staff even made me beautiful soup and banana leaf with beautiful filling for free one night for dinner. I could go on forever I would recommend this stay to everyone. The location is like paradise with a beautiful infinity pool and right on the ocean where you can snorkel in front of the hotel The massages were so relaxing. Yoga on request. I was a solo traveller and the staff looked after my every need with free arak and coconut oil sample bottles on departure. The place was spotless. The pool clean and so refreshing. The food and breakfast were exceptional

An amazing place - we went to switch off and relax and it was perfect for that. The restaurant was an idyllic place to eat looking over the ocean. The included breakfast choices set us up for the day and other meals were delicious and reasonably priced. We'd recommend getting massages in the beachside pavilion - so relaxing. Hiring scooters from the hotel is also highly recommended for exploration.

We honestly can't think of anything negative. Do be aware that the north coast is a long drive from the airport at about 3.5 hours due to the winding roads and that the hotel is not close to any busy nightlife locations - but that is exactly what we wanted.

We’ve been 7 nights at the Kirana Tembok and it was our favorite place so far, in Bali. Dewa and his skilled team at the restaurant made our stay unforgettable with their motivation and joy for the job they do. Their internal communication is exceptional as well. The food is very tasty and has more choice than all of the places in Bali we have visited so far. This is important, because there is no town except the small Tembok village within walking distance. The room was huge and everyday we had it cleaned. The gardening is made with lots of care and love. The pool is heavenly as well as the view and the staff were all so friendly and helpful! If you want to have an amazing experience in a relaxing, peaceful and beautiful place with an infinity pool and a view to the ocean, we recommend Kirana Tembok! We will miss it.

Um das Ressort herum gibt's nichts gross zum Erkunden. Man braucht sicher wenigstens ein Motorrad, wenn Selbstständigkeit wichtig ist.

Absolutely stunning property, right in the water, with beautiful infinity pool. Very clean and maintained, rooms comfortable and quiet, perfect for much needed rest. Great food and coffee available from the restaurant. We extended our stay for another few nights it was that good!

There was nothing in walking distance, so you need to buy all food and drinks from resort which can be expensive. Almost impossible to get GoJek or Grab rides to or from here, so unless you have your own transport you are quite isolated.

The Resort has a very impressive garden, the pool and restaurant/lounge area is very beautiful and well harmonised with the incredible location. Room, we stayed in a suite type, was very comfortable, stunning views over garden and sea. Bed mattress perfect!

In my opinion the restaurant it's not well looked after: insufficient quantity in the portions (breakfast is the most notorious on that aspect) low quality of the products, amongst other things missing in the menu, no fish was available for more than 3 days when surrounded by fisherman villages. Perhaps is not a problem for a 1 or 2 nights stays, but we spend a week at the Kirana.

Our three-night stay at The Kirana Tembok hotel was nothing short of a serene escape. Nestled in tranquility, this place felt like a slice of paradise on Earth. The ambiance was serene, offering a haven of peace. The meticulously landscaped garden and the majestic pool truly added to the beauty of the place. It was a delight to unwind amidst such captivating surroundings. While the food was decent, it perhaps could have matched the outstanding quality of the ambiance and amenities. Nevertheless, it did not overshadow the overall wonderful experience.

Beautiful gardens and beachfront location with a fantastic pool. Staff are wonderful. Very large rooms (suite) spotlessly clean and ice cold air conditioning. Robes, slippers, dental kits and toiletries are a nice thoughtful touch as well as fruit basket. It was our anniversary and the hotel welcomed us with beautiful flower decorations. Fabulous

When we booked the suite on Booking.com it advertises that the room has a bathtub, which it doesn’t. Had I known I would have chosen a different room type. There is a very limited choice of food and drink in the restaurant and on the first night, our dinner was poorly cooked. On the second evening we chose simpler western dishes, which were better. The fish and chips was excellent. Very little alcohol is available, only beer or arak (which I don’t drink). Would be nice to have wine on offer with dinner. Our celebration felt a little flat at dinner after such a wonderful floral welcome!

Gorgeous territory well taken care of, really beautiful. Quiet place where you can unwind, you'll hear only the birds and the waves. Staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive.

I need to mention one thing, cause I would really appreciate if someone has told me that before. They use aggressive chemicals in the pool that may discolour your swimwear and if you have blond hair turn them green 🙈 I guess it's a fixable issue but I haven't seen any improvement over time.
