Poinciana Resort is exceptional place. It is beautiful, comfortable and quiet. Food is great, rooms are spacious and very clean, swimming pools area looks like paradise. The best what Poinciana Resort offers is customer service, all people working there are very friendly and they make your stay comfortable and very pleasant. All guests needs are taken care of without any problems and you can feel like in heaven. And they have the best driver ever - Boling - who patiently drove us where we wanted.

Away from the hustle and bustle.

Paying top dollar for any extras - snorkelling gear, scooter hire, tours even food as in ALL meals we felt were expensive for what they were. Example, sweet potato and spinach hash with cashew mayo (85k) but no egg, and one egg cost 3k!! $3 per egg is steep especially when we bought a dozen eggs for 3.3k at an Indomart the week before. The dish was actually improved by including an egg we both thought, but there was no altering the menu without paying for it.

We had a wonderful stay here - comfortable, clean and spacious accommodation. Excellent breakfast, and all other meals we had were fantastic too! The people working at Poinciana resort are so welcoming and friendly. Everyone here is ready to do whatever it takes to make you feel welcomed and comfortable! The location is amazing - right on the beach, with great snorkeling right in front of the resort. The setting is very peaceful and tranquil, with beautifully maintained gardens, a true paradise!

Amazing staff, beautiful villas, stunning gardens and breakout areas, amazing Healing Foods Menu option - exceptional Spa on site that we highly recommend. If you want a peaceful stay on the refreshingly quiet North Bali coast, highly recommend this beautiful resort. So much to rate so highly here - clean, beautifully designed and comfortable accommodation with so many places to chill out between your own villa, the choice of two pools to the many eating areas. HIghly recommend!

I could have missed the Healing Option menu if I had not asked about gluten free, it was not offered proactively

Rooms are immaculately clean and comfortable with quite a lot of storage space and room to manoeuvre. Shower pressure was a little on the low side but nice and hot, shower area was very spacious. The sheets and pillows are very high quality and bed was super comfortable. Air-con was fantastic. Food was amazing. I recommend the chicken Parma with fries and salad or of course the spaghetti bolognaise. Two beautiful pools and right on the beach front. Watching the little birds that cool off and fly over the pool made it magical. Kayaks available to rent on-site. Lots of beautiful sitting areas and places to take meals. The views were just serene. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Lovely people. I was a bit unwell before I arrived and staff took great care of me throughout my stay 👏🏼 The Wi-Fi is a little bit fiddly as it hasn’t been configured properly but once you’re connected and don’t time out it stays on (just don’t lock your phone) and frequent log-ins will need to be done (relatively simple though) Price range: very cheap for what you get and with breakfast included it’s great value for money. Overall vibe: Very relaxed and quiet. 9/10 ❤️ (would be a 10 but with Wi-fi issues it became slightly frustrating) Thank you for having me! 🙏

WI-FI

This is a slice of heaven. Beautiful, quiet resort with excellent food and spa. The sea is right in front, they have a home reef with abundance of tropical fish. Two pools in serene environment, the villas are tastefullu decorated, comfortable beds. All in all everything is perfect. And the friendliest staff. Smiles all around. We were so happy here. Really glad that this was our last stop in beautiful Bali.

Great resort with soft Balinese architecture. Perfect payout with multiple pools. Rooms are perfect too.

Meals need to be of better quality with attention to preparation. Do not offer meals where essential ingridents are subsituted with lesser priducts. Breakfast was simple.

For a relaxing holiday, this hotel is exceptional. Lovely location in a relatively untouched part of Bali. The staff were friendly and helpful. Resort clean and maintained.

Only comment would be that Booking.com reflects rooms sold out when they aren't and this is costing the resort valuable business. This has been raised with reception so they are aware.

An extremely beautiful small hotel. If you need a quiet, isolated vocation, this is the ideal place. Sunrise and sunset are amazing. The food is very simple and small

To accomodate families with younger children, It would be great to have some pool accessories qnd maybe a small play area fenced off on the grass.
