The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially given that I was actually very stressed, because I got stuck at the airport. I appreciated that so much. I was glad the facility was part of the airport, especially in my kind of circumstances.

The room is exceptionally small, but mostly, there is no soundproofing, hence I could hear everything going on outside of the room, which was disturbing.

It is great to relax when you have a connection with other places to go and wait for many hours inside a big airport, price is fair, and I love it

I like everything when I have space available; the company sometimes cancels your trip and tries to offer a hotel an hour and a half away. If your hotel has more rooms, it would be perfect.

After a long fight it was good to stretch out have a nights sleep without having to taxi to a hotel. While it’s a bit hidden away, it’s a great location. 

The noise from other rooms carries. I was lucky to be there late at night so it was fairly quiet until about 6am. The morning staff could not provide any guidance or directions to domestic terminal 1 - not at all interested). Turns out it’s quite a long way by free shuttle bus which would’ve been helpful to know. 

I really liked the location, inside the airport and close to every check in place. The room was good. Small but enough for one night. The bathroom and shower were great.

As the bed is right next to the front door, all the noise from the hallway ends up entering the room and making it difficult to sleep.

It was very convenient and the bed was very comfortable, as was the pillow. Really like how clean and spacious the shared bathrooms are. In addition, I'd suggest people to bring earplugs, because you will be able to hear the neighbors coming and going at very random hours.

The sound proof of the room was not the best. As expected, the size was very small. But nothing that surprised me.

It is inside the airport. If somebody need to depart early in the morning. It can be the best option.

It is too expensive. Even though I only stayed 5 hours, to secure the room with a bathroom I need to pay almost doubled fare from the room fare infomation at the front desk.

The location is very convenient, you do not need to leave the airport to get there. Quick check-in and check-out. The rooms are very basic but fine for what they are meant for, which is a sleepover between flights. I liked the bathroom concept: bathrooms are individual cabins with a washbasin and shower, quite spacious, and they are cleaned after every use. Towels, soap and shampoo are provided.

The room was not really silent, some noise came in from the corridor, especially after 6am.

The best way to sum it up is that it is convenient. I have stayed 4 times now. I often arrive late at Sao Paulo airport then have an early flight out. This hotel saves me from exiting the airport and getting a taxi to another hotel and then getting a shuttle back in the morning. So for these reasons, it completely meets my needs and I will keep on going back.

What you see is what you get. Don't expect much and see it as a convenience. Use earplugs as there is always noise as people are coming and going 24/7

Room and communal bathrooms were very clean, good enough for an airport layover.

While the hotel is technically inside a terminal, you have to go through immigration to get there. It is NOT in the transit area as we thought. There are also no signs and even with wifi it was very difficult to find - seems a silly thing to complain about, but it took us about 60 minutes to locate the place and we have a fair amount of experience with airports.

More attention should paid to reminding guests about not making noise and that some people are sleeping. No sign of fire escape routes appear to be provided
