Comfortable beds and great Breakfast!

The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was a mess and we almost didn’t make the shuttle after waiting for 90 minutes. The driver knew we had been waiting since the last shuttle we didn’t make because it was full, but he still let people cut in front of us and didn’t care if we missed a second shuttle.. the shuttle in the morning back to the airport was much better and organized

I stayed for a night to catch a very early flight. Note that despite it appears to be in front of the airport there's no way to cross the highway by car. It has to take the highway to Sao Paulo and then turn back to the airport. Without traffic it takes about 15 minutes to Terminal III. Plan in advance. You need to book at check-in the Shuttle and it was already full by the time I arrived at the hotel. The staff arranged for a taxi and it costed R$50 (about USD10), you can pay with credit card. The hotel surroundings are not appropriate for walking around if you plan to stay longer.

The airport shuttle was on time at 4 am but lots of people and not enough room for all the luggage. The driver & concierge of the hotel were not clear on communication and ignored us when asking questions. They had our family (w/ 3 year old son) moving all the way to the back of the shuttle to accommodate luggage. Anyway it turned out fine and we made it on time but the least friendly staff of the experience.

They listened to feedback attentively and were very kind. The room is comfortable. Last time I was there, water in the shower was cold, this time there was both hot and cold water :) Good breakfast as well, with plenty of options

The restaurant of the hotel is from another company: they do not have any vegetarian options on the menu and do not offer any alternative for you. Also, if you go downstairs for food and need to purchase something like water for example and did not bring money/card downstairs, you would not be allowed to buy and pay on the check out as they work independently from the hotel

1. Check in process was long specially for a family, we had to fill and sing one form for each guest. This process could be made earlier and electronically. Waiting specailly when you are so tired after the long trip is not pleasant experience. 2. Tawels and bed sheets are old. Need to be replaced. 3. Hands wash sink is located outside bathroom and is so small. 4. Our request for connected room was not fulfilled even our booking and request was ahead of time. 5. No staff to help in luggage.

They made me a breakfast pack since I had to leave before breakfast service. That was lovely.

Shuttle service wasn't great due to availability. A lot of people came at once and there was no room for me and my partner on the bus. Therefore, I had to book my own taxi to get to the hotel. The driver saw the number of people and they couldn't offer another trip to get the rest of the people. The waiting time would be 1 hour. Also, the driver arrived late. The next day, I tried to get the free service, but they couldn't help me because I had 4x suitcases.

The location is excellent for people who need to travel to or from Guarulhos airport. The hotel offers a free shuttle service every hour to and from the airport and reception is open 24/7, which is handy for late or early flights. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the in-house restaurant is open until 10 and the breakfast buffet is available from very early in the morning and of very good quality. Definitely recommended for travelers by plane and business people.

It can get a bit noisy at night because of late night travelers (but not excessively).

Decent hotel, convenient location, decent restaurant too, so good if you are in transit.

Even though it is almost on the runway, in the end it is not a lot more convenient to get to your flight since cars and minivans need to go the long way around to get to departures. Also the free shuttle only goes once per hour (or less at lunchtime), and is very hard to find, after an hour waiting we gave up and took an Uber.

buffet supper and breakfast were free. Very far from restaurants so that was a bonus. Shuttle bus left promptly. Wonderfully kind and efficient driver.

Big oil spill left beside bed!! How could that possibly be missed by housekeeping. Had to wipe it up with a big towel from the bathroom. Hotel is located under air flight path. Noisy hallways with screaming kids and wheelie cases starting at 5 am.

They have the airport shuttle from and to the airport each hour with no added charge. Hotel is relatively close to the Guarulhos airport, which can allows you to easily take an Uber to get to it without waiting for their shuttle, as we did once arrived there. They do have a place down at reception where you can buy some snacks and drinks 24/7. Around the area you can find good places to eat in or for delivery. We had a room with airport view which I appreciated. Reasonable night fares.

Airport shuttle not easily visible once you go out of the airport terminal. You really have to look closely to each shuttle as per they just have a printed paper with the hotel name on it. They only do it hourly so please take note of it. Some hotels do it every 30 minutes, which I prefer. I have seen staff struggling communicating in English with a guest once I checked out. For me this is very bad as per this is an airport hotel where tons of people who does not speak Portuguese arrive. Staff should be more trained.
