The sleeping pods at Moiwa are awesome. Felt very private, with ample room for yourself and storage space for luggage. The bathroom facilities are really nice and well-kept (except for the 20 second limit on the shower button). Also security there was pretty good, needing a key for the locker and to get into the rooms. And obviously affordability for being slope side was great.

My friend and I struggled with the lack of kitchen facilities. With no shops around, and only a microwave to prepare food, no cups or bowls provided, it was lucky we brought food and cups with us. But it was really restrictive. Another major drawback of staying at Moiwa is the accessibility. There's no bus that consistently travels to and from Moiwa. Paired with being out of the way and lack of taxis, we resorted to skiing over to annupuri anytime we wanted to go somewhere. The bus routes and schedules in the whole Niseko area are confusing af to a new visitor.

50% off day pass at Moiwa. Great staff. Sufficient amount of storage, even with skis and a large suitcase. 30 seconds away from the slopes. Away from main niseko, aka it's not Australia, staff were actually japanese. Made some great friends in the hostel in just a couple of days. Will definitely stay here if I ever go to Niseko/Moiwa again!

Very hard beds. Only a microwave and kettles, would've been nice with some more kitchen appliances.

The lodge is literally in front of the ski rental place and ski lift. The facility is very clean and modern. There's a large room with a wood stove with good WiFi, free tea etc.

The logistics of getting from Moiwa to the rest of Niseko or to the airport is sort of maddening. Everything has to be reserved, and there are like 5 bus companies, each with their own policies, schedules, phone numbers. It's not something you can leave to the last minute.

The lockers at the entrance are a great way to keep everyone's snow gear dry, organized, and most importantly, out of the sleeping area, which avoids bad odors in the sleeping area. Plenty of showers, sinks, toilets, and complimentary daily towels. The bed capsules are amazing - comfortable bedding, privacy, and a great setup with a mirror, shelf, lighting, etc. Overall it's a wonderful accommodation just a 15 minute drive from the main slopes with an awesome value.

The staff was unfriendly, but they do a good job keeping everything clean. Furthermore, the complementary breakfast is not great at all, but it's nice to have the option to grab a quick bite when running late to the slopes.

Right outside the Moiwa Ski Resort, although a little further away from the Niseko United resorts but still within decent accessibility. Very clean capsule hotel, quiet, lots of privacy. Washing machine and dryers were always available. Staff were helpful.

Lack of free shuttle bus service compared to the other places with no free pick-ups from other parts of the resort making it a little challenging but apart from the location, everything was amazing would recommend

Literally infront of Moiwa Ski Resort and a bus stop. But buses have limited trips. It would be nice if you rent or have your own car so that it would be convenient if you transfer from one place to another, especially when you look for restaurants. There is only 1 resto in the property and 1 in the ski resort.

Not so convenient to move around Niseko if you don’t have a car.

Very good location. Facilities we clean and pods were very spacious and modern.

Beds are VERY VERY hard - mattress is only 2" of foam on hard wood. Everyone in our group complained that is was the hardest mattress that they have ever slept on (and I have travelled extensively across Asia)

For a capsule hotel, I’m not sure how you could improve this place. The staff were very helpful and always available (eg providing the correct charger converter, bus timetable etc), the entire place was very clean, there was ample space given to each person (a large amont under the bed + a large ski locker to keep your skiwear), and if you’re skiing in Moiwa, you are right next to the resort you could not be any closer. The lodge is conveniently located around 4 onsen closeby (within a 20 minute walk).

It is worth noting that there is little in terms of local amenities such as a convenience store and most closeby places are a 10-20 minute walk. You can access the Niseko United ski resort from the lodge but buses run every couple hours so they are not very regular.

Moiwa ski resort is just there. I can check snow conditions whenever I stay at my capsule room.

It's hard to tell whether shoes are allowed or not allowed. Many western people are wearing their shoes inside the hotel. In fact, there is a guide sign that shoes are allowed. I asked a staff about it, but I didn't get clear answer.　 I saw some people walking into the dressing room of the shower room with their shoes on. I felt really sick. For Japanese people, walking barefoot in a place where shoes are allowed is exactly the same as walking in a sewage system. There were too many people wearing shoes, so I decided not to walk barefoot inside the hotel. Overall, I think it's a good place to stay.

The lodge was very clean and the capsule were very big and comfortable! The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good. It is directly at the Moiwa ski lift and rental. Moiwa has of all the Niseko areas the longest the best snow, since it's not so busy. You could go to the united area via the backcountry which I wouldn't recommend for beginners. The way back is also through the backcountry, but on a very easy and beautiful unofficial slope.

It would be be soo great if there was a shuttle service or a pick up service since the bus comes not so often and is very inconvenient. Also taxis are really hard to get.
