The staff were absolutely amazing. Michelle was very accommodating helped us with where to park, which exit was best to take to get to the restaurant we were going to since we were walking. Wish I was also willing to help us with anything and everything we needed. All of the staff were very helpful and very nice. The room was large very clean. There were choices at breakfast for almost everyone. They did have a fitness room we did not take advantage of that as our schedule was very packed. They did have a garage under the hotel as well as some spots down from the hotel if you wanted to access either of those.

The wall and ceiling were very thin and you could hear noise from people either entering or exiting. The first night you I could have told you where they came in where they went I mean you could just hear their footsteps all over the place. That's the one negative that I have. Otherwise the place was great.

Hotels in Boston/Cambridge are too expensive. I paid more per night ($430 including tax) than I have ever before paid for a hotel room, and i have done some traveling. That amount would get me a fabulous hotel in London that actually had more amenities than a snack shop. The breakfast was ok--but too many carbs, no decent yogurt, no cut fruit. Also, I don't see why you have to put a $25/day hold on a credit card as hotel has nothing to spend that on except snacks. Just a way of Hilton making money and providing nothing for it. I will say that the staff were terrific, from front desk, to housekeeping, to people working in the breakfast room. My room was very comfortable and clean.

Very clean and spacious suite, comfortable beds, absolutely no street noise/quiet location but close to great restaurants & coffee, walking/biking trails. Cat friendly, my cat loved looking out the big windows onto the trail, and wasn't stressed at all during the whole stay. The staff were great, really warm, attentive & helpful. They immediately welcomed my cat by name and told my boyfriend and I where we can get him some filtered water in the hotel ♡ Having a CVS in the same parking lot was a huge convenience, we went over there several times.

Heavy, loud doors - they physically won't close without slamming shut. Breakfast ends too early, IMO. AC went out on the last day while we were packing, so that was kind of uncomfortable. Washer/dryer didn't work during our whole stay, so we had to go to a laundry mat. I think the extended-stay suites should have smart TVs, we ended up having to hook our computer up to the TV with a USB for Netflix, etc..

Very helpful staff throughout stay, advised us that whilst we were stopping a few days the room wouldn't be cleaned, however if we wished for it to be done just to let them know. Staff at all times genuinely couldn't do enough. I'd forgotten despite the name that we would get a 'suite' so was very surprised with size of our room, didn't use majority of facilities we had, nice relaxation area, spacious comfortable bedroom area and spacious clean bathroom. As a bonus there was free breakfast, which was great, enabled us to have a relaxed start to the day, cooked items were different on each of the three days we were there. Travelled to and from hotel via bus, stop either straight outside or over the road from hotel. No bar at hotel, but very good sports bar next to hotel which enabled you to relax in an evening and good food too. Highly recommend this accommodation, would definitely stop here if in Boston again.

The room is very spacious with a full-size refrigerator which is very nice! Easy access to the elevator from check in counter. Free parking with garage underneath hotel . Breakfast was great!

The smell in the room when you first walk in is not pleasant! The carpet looks old . The pillows were very flimsy. You need to stack them up to be able to sleep.

It is fully equipped service apartment type facility (with living room, dining table, fully equipped kitchen even with diswasher, cloth closet, iron and board everything). Anything and everything is provided. Staffs are super professional and do take care their guests' need personally. To be honest, their cooperation is not normally seen in other US based hotels (i am a frequent traveller and hence can confidently say this). Location in a nice and quite community. Nearby bus station. Close to Harvard. If anyone coming to Harvard with family and before settling, this hotel is perfect as an anchor with the comfort of an home. Breakfast was enough and suffienct with a very nice restaurant ambience to give you a good kick start at morning. If i visit here again, i will 100% stay here again.

Small technical glitch. Room air conditioner had some issue and made loud noise. Being an engineer, i am sure this was just a stand alone incident and will be taken care by authority. Weather was comfortable, so i kept window open, so no issue for me after switching off A/c.

The staff at check in and breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and there were two mains and two USB sockets on each side. The hotel was quiet despite being near a busy junction and access transit was convenient (bus stop outside, short walk to the subway).

While the food at breakfast was good, the plastic cutlery is a let down, both for the environment and the experience.

Sitting room with kitchen was great. Location and free parking great. Cleanliness great. Later checkout was appreciated.

Breakfast quality was below hotel amenities and price. Limited selection of drinks and snacks. Room was too close to lobby and was not allowed to switch out of it. Work out room was small.

The location is excellent and having a kitchen is great. Breakfast was excellent. The hvac is powerful but can get hot quickly.

The deadbolt was broken and would not engage but the staff said they would check it. The building borders a busy road and hit can hear traffic at all hours if your room faces that side.

A pleasant stay in Cambrige. We were visiting Boston for a day and stayed here with our baby. The breakfast was okay

The whole hotel needs renovating, a few outlets were hanging out. The heating fancoils are really noisy when working. The value for money isn't there
