Simple but with all the things that you need in a spacious and confortable room. Bottles of water everyday, good air conditioner, and confortable bed. The shower had good water pressure. The staff was super friendly and helpful. One lady even helped us to contact a transfer company when they were delayed, without we even asking for. If you want to stay in a calm but central location, this is the place Bonus... the restaurant in the corner of the street qas excellent and super cheap.

The shower could have a curtain or a door, so the bathroom wouldn't be all wet, but it was fine We had a little hiccup with the trash not being well cleaned, but they took care of it right away when we pointed it out.

Fa is the sweetest person we met in Thailand. She is super kind, helpfull and polite. Good location, clean rooms, great value for the money.

- Even though it is close to the main road, you are not disturbed by the noise of the traffic. - The room service is everyday and they do a brilliant job. - The room has AC and a super fan so it is so much more pleasant. Especially on very hot days in Phuket. - The hotel is just 5 minutes away by walk from the beach and Bangla Road so it is a good location. - The reception helps with everything, booking tours, laundry, booking taxi or airport mini van, etc. Very friendly staff.

- They should turn on the fan at the reception for the guests because while I was waiting for the check in it was so hot that I was melting like ice.

Location is just perfect! Personal is friendly and super helpful! Cleaning every day. The location is the king! One of the best massage salons and food places are nearby, pretty close to the beach, close to Bangla Road (Nightlife) but same time the hotel located in small quite corner! I want to come back!

In my room the air conditioner was located just above the bed! It will blow cold air right at your face and there is no way to hide! That could be extremely annoying for some people!

The ladies at the front desk were always with a smile on their face, trying their best to make our stay very pleasant. The hotel is extremely clean, the cleaning in the room was made daily, bedsheets and towels changed every single day. Free replacement of water daily. AC working perfectly as well as the hot water (at any hour). Room was big enough for us as we didn't spend much time inside. As for location, about 8min to the beach and 10min to the busy center, 15min to the banzaan bazaar. Very nice and cheap local restaurants around

Phusita House is a great option for stsying in Patong. 5 minutes walk from the center and Jungceylon, in a quieter area. The facilities are very nice, rooms contained but very well designed and come with everything you need. As importantly, they are spotlessly cleaned everyday. Besides the structure, what makes Phusita house such a great place to stay is the extremely kind and always available staff and the overall positive vibe, it's been a pleasure staying with them a few days. I will definitely be choosing them again should I be back in the area.

So, let’s start to describe all benefits of this place: - it’s location (you get EVERYTHING you need beginning from 7/11 to massages - KOCHET restaurant is situated literally by the corner, so do not miss the opportunity to have a really tasty local food for a small price - beach is just down the street Anyway it’s a good place to stay for people who are looking for comfort, clean and cooled room for reasonable price. Definitely will recommend this hotel to all of my friends.

We had a pleasant stay in this property. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The location is about 12 minutes from the Patong Beach area and in a quiet area. It makes you feels like blending in with the Thai people.

Staff were incredible, location perfect. 10mins or so walk to Bangla road. The actual hotel is just off on a side street which meant it was quiet. Extra bonus is that the restaurant was fantastic and super reasonably priced.

The pillows were really thick, found it uncomfortable for the first night. The staff changed them upon request and we had great night's sleep after that
