Overall, we had a great stay at the Panda Hotel! Don’t take into consideration the reviews from a few years ago, as the manager has changed since then. Our room was cleaned every day, and we got fresh towels as well as two bottles of water per day. Paolo (the new manager) is an amazing host, and he’s available if any problems should occur (water was missing in our room and we got it back within 30 mins). If you were tired of Thai food, make sure to check out his newly opened restaurant called Show in Phuket Town, Ratsada road (as for today it is not yet on Google Maps). He has over 20 years of experience in the cuisine world being the owner of numerous restaurants in Milan, hence you won’t be disappointed if you’re craving authentic Italian food. Definitely recommended!

The location was perfect close to the beach and shops and only a 5 min walk away from walking street. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly. We stayed for 5 nights.

The mattress could do with an upgrade springs poking out. Quite noisy at night time but that’s to be expected considering the location.

perfect location from Bangla road - a little walk so it’s not too loud. rooms cleaned everyday - not a thing out of place. super nice shower area lots of room. Rooms and bathroom was super spacious. Good amount of wardrobe space. Nice little seating area outside the room where you can dry your swim stuff and beach towels. The jacuzzi was lovely - not hot so was nice to cool down in. I would stay here again. The lady of reception was very helpful and any question you had wasn’t a problem. Rooms are nice a bright and has lamps for low lightening. I would really recommend this hotel to anyone!

Great location - 10min walking form Bangla road- friendly staff - very comfortable beds - great value for money

Shower curtain in bathroom needs replaced. bit mouldy - but Main bedroom was very clean Can hear music if on one side due to night club until 2am. (Didn't bother me, put on earphones and all good)

Good location, 2 minutes walk from Bangla Rd and the big shopping centre. Pharmacy right outside and markets close everywhere. Cleaning staff was super friendly and helpful.

It had constant problems with water pressure.

I liked the location of the hotel, nice looking garden, super helpful staff and italian restaurant next door, one of the best pizza in patong. Had issue first day with mosquito but staff went buy for me immediately spray against.. Great value, surely will stay there again.

Little bit outdated furniture and shower. Bed was nice and clean(bit hard but it depend on preferences..i like) but furniture in room not so much...( Mess and dust around tv, fridge and top of the wardrobe)

This place should have an higher score, it's amazing! It was the cheapest in Phuket and for that price we had a big room, a private bathroom with a huge shower, air conditioning, a big fridge and space outside the room to have breakfast and smoke a cigarette. I couldn't ask more than this, absolutely recommended!

A little bit expensive for the value... Rooms are fine but with old furniture, a couple times there was no hot water (but it's Thailand so it wasn't so critical for me). Rooms have no balcony (even though it stated differently) - you have a table with 2 chairs outside your room but no private balcony. In the end I still recommend this place!

The receptionist, housekeeping and owner Paolo were fantastic, professional and friendly. Rooms are very clean and comfy. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi very good. We tried also a dinner to the new restaurant of the hotel (Emma Bistro) which was wonderful, the real Italian cuisine, for us the best restaurant of Patong. I hope to go back again in this hotel!
