Breakfast is amazing, variety is superb and every option is prepared spot on. Lunch and dinner as good too, not as good as breakfast in terms of options, but no complaints. Staff all over (restaurant, reception, room maintenance, bar...) all exceptional (with exception of grumpy snack bar...). Pilipino and Croat staff, all awesome. Location is spot on, you see sunrise and almost sunset. sun in you face all day, but lots of shade, you spend day under nice cedars right on the edge of the beach. Nice little pool-like kiddy-safe place with shallow sea water where toddlers can play. Extremely well sound-proof rooms. Beach Bar offers nice selection for all-inclusive customers of variety of drinks, including cocktails from 10 till 00. Snack bar has pizzas and hot dogs from 12 till 17. View is great too, it is a bay so sea does not get too rough. Staff of all things, exceptional. I will go back there!

I am struggling to think of something.... One thing maybe only... if there would have been some extra beach beds then people would be less likely to have to go early morning "booking" one for the day with your towel before you have breakfast. But this is somehow a "national sport" at most places in Croatia, having to "fight for your place at the beach by reserving it with a towel at sunrise..."

Location is great, very close to the beach and a nice walk by the coast to city centre. Food was amazing, good variety of well tasting food and nice presentation of different cuisines (mediterranean, turkish, italian...). Staff is very friendly, Magdalena was amazing, always smiling and friendly with every guest.

Room was small and had ugly stains on the carpet. Surrounding area around hotel could be maintained better; adding some flowers, rosemary, sage, lavender.

The food was excellent and staff attentive.

A little more maintenance in areas such as the pathways.

Kind and helpful staff. Reception, wellness and activities staff were so sweet. Plenty of places to rest and soak up the sun,or get some shade. Joy to take a boat taxi to the next bay or walk to the local village. Nice selection of food attending restaurant including gluten free option.

Unsatisfactory toiletries for a 4* hotel, lack of bathrobe and no iron for clothes. TV was too small for the standard and there were no English language channels apart from a news channel. Really bad coffee from a machine included in the meals, not drinkable. Had to pay for a decent coffee at the bar, which wasn't open for breakfast. Film advert portrays hotel as more of an adult only facility whereas there were tons of children and could be loud at times in the restaurant.

the reality is way better than the pictures !!! very beautiful sceneries, very clean rooms and housekeeping daily, very rich open buffet with a beautiful restaurant setup, we had a wonderful relaxing stay.

they should dedicate another pool / area for the kids/ families or I believe it would be great if the hotel was for adults only ! the place is so relaxing and the sounds of nature are epic, having kids around was not helping.

This is a quiet place with a beautiful view from the balcony. The food was great. The reception desk was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The resort also offered a nightly entertaining program that we enjoyed a lot.

Poor housekeeping service. The carpet in our room was never vacuum cleaned. The trash was not removed from the can. The replaced foot towels were always wet.

Location is perfect for a relaxing holiday experience. Food was great (especially cakes, loved the pies, carrot cake, chia puding). Love the little things that make the holiday even better (bottle of local wine, tea/coffee in the room in case you want to have a drink on the balcony).

Only thing that bothered us was the fridge in the room which does not cool at all. When mentioning it to the staff they said that it is supposed to be like that. No point in having a fridge in the room if it does not cool your drinks/food. We had an all Inclusive package so it was not that big of a deal since drinks/food is available throughout the day, either in the restaurant or the bars.

Location is amazing. Nature all around, beautuful views and many bike paths and walking posibilieties with amazing views. We had all inclusive option and it was definately worth it. The choices of food were great and qulity of food was amazing. Quality of drinks could be better though.. room was alright. Everything seems renovated not that long ago. Amazing view again. We seemed to have an upgrade as the room was bigger that I expected so thank you for that. We also had some treatment in the room as we had our honeymoon. Employees were friendly and helpfull.

As it is beginning of the season, everything seemed not ready yet (if you compare with the photos online). Flower beds empty, sun lounge area dirty and not organised and taken care of. Poor gym and spa area does not feel welcoming at all (spa employees were really friendly) but the atmosphere was just not it. We can imagine that in high season it is better there but now most things did not look as in the photos so be prepared. Still we would recommend this hotel.

We had a perfect family holiday in the resort. The location directly on the (rocky) beach is beautiful. You can swim and snorkel right there. The buffet was very good, there was plenty of choice, always fresh and a lot of healthy options too. Our kids loved the various dessert options most though! The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The resort also offers some activities for kids and adults, I especially liked the yoga/stretching in the morning. The pool activities are fun, too, the event team is doing a great job. Otherwise there are also other activities nearby: we went scuba diving (the dive center is at the hotel), rented SUPs and played tennis.

The location of the hotel is perfect I think, it´s right on the coast, under the trees so during the day there was always shady. The beach is right in front of the hotel, and there was a small bay, where you can easily access the water even with kids. Or you could use just the hotels swimming pool right next to the terrace - they cleaned it every day. The hotel has a big terrace with a view to the see, and there was always a free table to sit for a quick drink or a coffee. When we booked we asked for a room with a view to the see - and I think it worth it, because it was very nice to woke up and have a quick coffee on the balcony. The room otherwise was very clean and cozy. When we arrived we get a bottle of local red vine a plate full of fruits, and some coffee/tee. The food was good, there where lot to choose from at any meal even if you are a vegetarian.

Maybe they could improve the quality of the facilities in the hotel. The hotel parking is under the pine trees in the dust, and the resin is dripping from the trees, it´s very hard to get it off from your car. The gym was very tiny, not too many options to do a proper training, except treadmill and a bike. It was very hot inside all the time, and it was impossible to cool it down during the day with the AC. The terrace of the hotel was nice, but at least they could play some music during the day...it was totally silent all the time. If you like to do yoga in the morning I think you better to do it alone, there was a "stretching" at 09:00 but totally worthless.
