Nice hotel, nice views. Staff super helpful, patient and kind. . Twin luxury room was fab.we also had single rooms (travelling as a family). Single rooms not so good. Next to fruit and fish market. There is a bus into town from ourside the hotel, where you can find nice places to eat, and supermarkets.

We went in early August so it was unbearbly hot, and there is nothing there. There is a bus into town, but not to beach. Do not rely on taxis to get about, you can get to places, but not get back! We found the walk to the nearby beach too much for us, check route on street view before walking there.

Modern and clean. Good sea view. Complimentary onsen facility next to Kushiro market, about 10 minutes walk from hotel.

Hotel very strict about check in time. We could see them taking our luggage to our rooms but they still will not let us check in until punctually at 3.00 pm. At exactly 3.00 pm, the staff went round to announce to everyone at the lobby that we could go to our rooms. So strange.

The view of the marina from our window was beautiful. The hotel was walkable to the attractions we wanted to see.

We booked two rooms for 4 adults and 2 children ages 4 and 7. There were twin beds in both rooms and one had a cot in it but there was no bed for the 4 year old. It was expected that the child would sleep with the parent in a twin bed. This made for an uncomfortable stay. It was disappointing that the pool was closed.

The property is in a great location, it's very 70's style. Loved the big bath over looking the water. Rooms were big and clean. The Japanese bakery downstairs had the yummiest food. It had two restaurants in hotel, but due to price we ate elsewhere. We had come to try onsen only 100 meters down rd, but unfortunately my husband had a small tattoo on his shoulder so they said he couldn't enter. But the onsen is very close.

The pillows were way too hard.

The hotel is in a great location with stunning sunset views over the marina. We visited the fish market beside the hotel and enjoyed a fresh seafood bbq beside the ocean and the tuna filleting show was fun to watch.

Everything is great. It's clean and fantastic scenery. Moreover, the staff provides very good service. I forgot i-pad in the room. Unfortunately, I realized it when I was in Osaka, so I ask the staff to send my ipad to my hotel in Osaka. The staff do not hesitate to help, and I finally get my i-pad back.

This hotel has incredible views over the ocean. The room is also quite large with a bath overlooking the marina and a balcony to enjoy sunsets or a morning coffee. The location is great, within walking distance to the fish market, small European amusement park and onsen complex.

The location was absolutely gorgeous. It was close to the Porto Europa and Kuroshio market complex, so it was very convenient. Definitely pay the extra to include breakfast - it was delicious and extremely varied. I also liked the room, it was comfortable and had an excellent view of the yacht harbor.

This isn't really the hotel's fault but there aren't any restaurants or convenience stores around the hotel. The restaurants only offer course menus for dinner, so grab something to eat outside before turning in for the evening.

Different types of Onsens are available. Hotel is very big.

Futon mattress are not thick enough, quite uncomfortable to sleep on it. Dinner and breakfast are quite expensive.
