Wow. So impressed. Honestly, I don’t expect much from Quality Inn. It’s where we stay when we are wanting a budget-friendly option, knowing that it will likely be older and a bit rundown. But seriously, it was a way better experience than the Hilton we stayed at a few nights ago. Pros: Stephanie! She was so helpful when I needed a quiet place to work to not wake my family before hopping back on the road. Perfect location. Hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, etc. Very comfortable beds. Larger than normal mini fridge. Some updates have been done - newer paint, nice bathroom counters. And the hotel smelled good, not old/stale.

No complaints.

Everything went well from check-in to check out. The place was very nice, clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was very good too!!! Excellent staff at this motel. My husband forgot his phone and charger so I called and spoke to the lady at the desk. She said she would go to the room and check and call me back. She did this in a manner of minutes! Thank goodness we were still in the area when we noticed he did not have his phone. Very nice place and the price was perfect!!

The rooms were spacious and nice. The staff was great to work with as they went way out of their way to be helpful. And the breakfast!!! It was an amazing breakfast and the person tending to the buffet was extremely attentive. If I am ever in this area again or driving through this area, this is the place I will stay.

The parking lot is small, but that isn't a big issue. Once we had our key we could use the other side of the building to get into our rooms. It's definitely not a deal breaker!

Very clean. From the lobby to the hallway to our room. Very comfy bed. Lots of breakfast options. And very nicely decorated and festive lobby. Very welcoming entry. Put us in a great mood. Would definitely stay here again!

Just a couple of minor items. There was no hook on the back of the bathroom door for towels and the light bulb in the bathroom heat lamp was burned out. Again, minor items that would not stop us from staying there again.

The breakfast was good would have appreciated more room in the eating area. Appreciate the room services about the clean towels and the room service of straightening of the bed. desk service .

was ok maybe a little more of a variety with the breakfast meat. but was ok there was no exercise room or sauna or maybe larger pool. but it was ok, in case I wanted to use them

Loved pancake machine and decent selection for breakfast. Room was clean and bathroom clean. Comfortable bed and air conditioning worked almost too well!

We had a handicap room but I find the beds in almost all. Hotels and motels now are extremely high. I am 5 ft. Tall and a senior who had to run and jump into the bed and pull myself by the covers to get into it. That seems ridiculous if I was in any worse shape. Than I am. I am finding the same issue with our other hotel (different chain) in Minneapolis but why????beds never used to be impossible to get in and out of.

I stayed here 5 years ago with my granddaughter and it was quiet very clean and comfortable and great staff. I was very happy to see they have updated the property and it looked wonderful.Friendly staff. I was with my son & his son this time! This is the only place we'll stay when visiting the Dells!

Location was easy to enter and exit. Room was tidy. Breakfast was very good. I traveled with my service dog and had no issues. Plenty of room to walk her.

This is not Quality Inn issue or responsibility but you could tell where the next door property started because the grass was 5 inches tall. Quality Inn's was well cared for.

Overnight stop over. The hotel had Wi-Fi and free parking. We had a very nice King bed room. It was clean and decorated well. Room had the usual Fridge, Microwave, TV, Coffee Maker, Iron/Ironing Board etc. There was a work desk and chair. Also had easy arm chair which was great and meant one of you didnt have to balance on side of bed if you wanted to sit down. Bathroom was average size, but had lots of work space to place your bits and pieces. Nice white soft towels. Free toiletries. Fixed over bath shower. There was a pool with towels provided. Breakfast was excellant. Good choice of hot and cold food. We liked this hotel a lot, and out of all the other Quality Inns we had used during our road trip, this was the best so far. We picked it because of its short distance to the Wisconsin Dells area.

When we drove into the car park, we could see rubbish strewn around by inconsiderate guests discarding their take away wrappers. We were wondering what sort of hotel we had booked. Once inside it was a diferent story. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy. Sadly the outside let it down.

I liked the comfortable, clean room. They gave us our 2 rooms close together as requested. They gave us a convenient location near door to be able to take our 2 dogs in and out easily. There was plenty of space to walk them. I liked the 24 hour a day coffee and location of hotel to all the sites.
