Jamie and the staffing were amazing!! I've never had such pleasant hosts before. The lighting was great in the rooms and it was very roomy. I loved the fire pit. However, it was a bit hot to partake in that. The general atmosphere was very inviting And the pool And hot tub were great. Having tickets at no cost to noah's ark every day of your stay Was a huge plus.

Our toilet clogged at The beginning of our stay. We had a little bit of an ant problem but Luckily it was isolated in one area And Jamie and Diego were quick To take care of it Along with the toilet. I think the bedding could have used improvement. It would have been nice had the drink vending machine worked And that all the video games in the arcade were up and running.

Everything was wonderful!! The outside was beautiful, they have a gazebo, firepit, pool, corn hole and a net set up outside to play different sports. They have a hot tub right inside the office, a nice area with chairs. Boards games are available in the main office if you want to play something. They had tables, chair and benches outside the rooms, my husband and I enjoyed that, while relaxing one night. Our room was HUGE!! we had the deluxe suite with one king/queen bed, microwave/frig .....there was a small table with chairs, plenty of room to set down and eat. There was plenty of room for hanging clothes, dresser as well. It was just a few blocks out of the hustle and bustle, so it was quiet. Speaking of quiet, they have a 10pm lights out rule, everyone is expected to respect others. There was no loud carrying on, and if anything happened, you could reach the owner, who lives on site. For someone that travels, alot, that was a great perk. Everyone that was staying as well, were very nice and followed the rules of the hotel. It made the trip even nicer. I always look up places before we go, read reviews, Amber's went over the top with my expectations. Though the information I read, said they serve a continental breakfast, they do not, but it was okay. They also offer everyone that stays with you, a FREE ticket to Noah's Waterpark near by. That was an extra bonus that shocked me, but unfortunately we didn't partake, due to the colder weather during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here, it's not the chain hotels, it's much more personal and the owner/staff has your best stay experience in mind. We were over the moon, and would glady stay again.

Absolutely nothing

We enjoyed the friendly staff, downtown location, and large room. I really liked the large windows/curtains. The facility put a lot of effort into making the location a fun destination. They had a mini arcade, fire pit, corn hole, outdoor pole, mini playground, and the indoor hot tub.

We had to ask for towels and washcloths. They didn’t offer breakfast so that encouraged us to try different breakfast spots. The carpet in our room was a little dirty. Our preschooler had black feet after walking barefoot on the carpet.

The rooms are huge and walking distance to the main area shopping, restaurants and attractions. The rooms are also very quiet, extremely clean and equipped with a fridge, microwave dining table and living room area. The location is next to a Quick trip that has all your grocery and beverage needs.

Not that we watched much TV but the signal would go out often. In an old school, pre tech era, "Americana" property, there are no electrical outlets by the bed for our cell phones but we made it work.

Close to city center, staff was excellent, beds were very comfortable. Could sit by a fire at night. Pool and hot tub area very clean. Our stay included daily entrance into Noah's Ark water park which wasn't even expected. They also had discount tickets for some other places available at the office. The staff was eager to help when we first got there and moved us to another room since there was an issue with our air conditioner. Also moved us to a 1st floor room when they over heard me say something about my husband's bad knee and has issues with stairs. Was a real family owned feel. Would highly recommend this location.

Can't really say there was anything to dislike except that they don't offer breakfast. But we knew that before booking our vacation. The carpets in our room really could use a good professional carpet cleaning. Other than that this hotel was excellent.

Great place to stay and very reasonable! Quiet, large, very clean room, room, comfortable bed and pillows, good lighting, good water pressure in shower, housekeeping every day. Would definitely stay here again!

No breakfast was offered, but we took breakfast food with this. Could use outlets near the bed closest bathroom, but I have a long charging cord since we travel a lot and run into this problem at times.

This place was a wonderful surprise. An older motel with a little wear, we chose, to save money. Basic rooms. But the kind of motel that brings back memories of my childhood. We were very impressed: charming wrought iron railings and common area balconies, large rooms, VERY clean, very accommodating staff, great outdoor facilities. We were there in October. They would have lit the fire pit for us, but it was rainy. Nice gazebo, pool, and green space. We will be back next year.

It was a little too far for a couple of our older group to walk to downtown.

During our Labor Day weekend stay, we didn't know what to expect, but it turned out to be a delightful surprise. The room included free tickets to Noah's Ark, just a quick 10-minute drive away. The rooms were not only spacious but also impeccably clean with a pleasant fragrance. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The pool and jacuzzi were well-maintained and just the right size. We're definitely planning on returning in the future. The evening bonfire and the extended pool hours until 10 pm added to the overall relaxation of our stay.

Location was great! We didn't want to be in the middle of everything but still close. We were only able to spend one night. But are definitely discussing plans for a family get together next year. The room was very nice and clean. We love the grounds, lots of space! I love being able to walk out the door and being outside. We will surely book another stay here!

nothing, we were very pleased

The rooms were nice, very clean and much larger than expected. It's an older motel but you can tell it has been kept up and cared for. We were in town for a volleyball tournament that was only a couple minutes up the road. We were just looking for an average room for a decent price. We got 2 rooms for less than the price of one at the big resorts. Just a short walk to the strip, it looks like it would be fun place to stay when it's above freezing. The staff was excellent, and very friendly. We tripped a breaker after office hours and the onsite manager was quick to come down and flip it back for us. We would definitely stay here again.

I don't really have any complaints. I guess the TV's were kinda small.
