We were there once between 16-18 August and we were served by Sarah. She was very professional, cautious and conscientious. We were made us feel at home. It was a great moment for us, so we decided to come back again on the 28th - 29th. We met Sarah and Rose this time. Both were very helpful and friendly. Sarah helped with the early check-in request as soon as the room was available. She is a valuable asset to the company and I just like to wish all the members of staff are the same. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back every time.

Nothing really. It was emotionally sad to leave the place, but unfortunately we have to come back to the UK. We missed your friendship and kindness, and wish you all the best.

Appart'City Confort Le Bourget is a perfect apart hotel, providing a small kitchen with all appliances. Their room was really big compared to the other hotels in Paris. It has a perfect enough breakfast, nice bar and a cosy back garden. You can enjoy your rest there as well. I'd like to thank Sara at the reception. Her kindness, smiling face and problem solving skill was excellent. She's very good at her job.

Everything was perfect. Cleaning is once a week or once a stay. You can ask for more cleaning as it's an apart hotel.

I like the aparthotel concept, so I liked it. I like the room design and cozyness, espresso machine, restaurant and caffe in the lobby. Hotel also had a nice backyard with a terrace. Nice and polite staff - I liked my stay. Bus station is in front of the main enntrance so although hotel is not close to Paris center it is easy to get there by bus and then by train or metro.

My room was designed with taste and looked contemporary but it will need little refreshment in the future (several paint chips on the corners of the walls, furniture needs door adjustment and some similar things). It is not big deal but for this reason I gave it 9/10.

Good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had a problem with the mirror light, in the bathroom. I informed the reception desk of the situation and they called the maintenance. They were not able to fix that light but they replaced the light on the roof with a brighter one trying to minimize the problem. I liked that.

Great location, with secure parking. There was a little shop nearby, the wifi was really good. The in-room facilities were really good - hob, microwave, coffee machine, TV, kettle, cups, plates, pans. The en-suite was spacious, the room sizes were great. Really handy for visiting the museum across the road. Good security with card door entry system.

There were a lot of areas that needed a fresh coat of paint - filled patches on walls. There were some stains on the sofa, burn marks on the rug and on the floor under the rug. Some of the sliding doors would not close fully, or closed with a bang.

Studio sizes were great in terms of size and facilities Location was great 12 miles from Arc de Triomphe BUT 10 miles of that was motorways so quick to get in and get out Also loads of grocery, bakeries and restaurants around

Not didn't like it but the sauna was under maintenance - not a big deal as that was a bonus

Well located hotel near the city center. Some cafés and markets near the hotel. Good parking available. The apartment was large with all amenities. Recommended for short stays near the airport.

Breakfast offered was minimal for the asking price. The bistro café was open only a few hours a day.

I liked the location as there was a lot of food places nearby, and the cleanliness of the place was excellent . The staff was very friendly and always there to help at anytime!

I did not like the beds as they were a little stiff, did struggle to sleep throughout the night. If the beds were more comfy this hotel would be 10/10

The rooms were very well equipped and even had a small kitchen with basic items for cooking. The location was very good as it was super close to the event we were traveling to and there are some restaurants and a small supermarket nearby. The staff was very friendly and helped to sort out a couple of issues (e.g. the room we got had double beds instead of single and the staff quickly gave us new rooms with single beds). The Wifi was sufficient to stream movies and to casual browse internet.

We have rented two rooms and one did not have working AC

Big room, had stove and fridge and everything to cook, big nice bathroom, big bed, good price, easy parking next door, lovely staff and easy checkout early in the morning.

Just the area that its in isn't very nice or that well connected to public transport, but for how cheap it was and not needing to be in the city, it was perfect for us.
