The staff were super friendly and the rooms were comfortable. We really enjoyed the games room with the ping pong table, table top football and PS5. Kept the kids entertained in the evenings. The option to order in food from local takeaways was also very handy, although ours were 30mins late, they tasted delicious. Plus there is a bakery just down the road which serves amazing croissants and cakes and baguettes we could take for the days out. Train 15mins walk where you can take a 15-20 train right to Notre Damme so very easy access to center of Paris!

Not much really, for the price we paid it was good value. The air con wasn’t powerful but we don’t like it super cold, it just took the edge off the muggy weather.

The hotel willingly sorted out the mess that Booking.com made of the booking. I booked a triple room for 3 occupants. Booking.com messed that up to be a triple room for 3 on the booking but 2 people on the receipt. The hotel did not charge any extra. While staying there I saw a few people arrive with Booking.com reservations that were not in the system at all. The hotel accommodated as best they could. There are a number of nice bakeries along the road the hotel is on and the neighbourhood is surprisingly friendly. The train line is direct to CDG airport in one direction and goes right through the centre of Paris in the other direction, so it is well connected with easy access without paying city centre prices. (There is a third line from the same station - I did not see where it goes.

The Booking.com description of the location is that it is only a 7 minute walk to the exhibition centre - Parc des Expositions. This is not true. It is a 1.3km walk to a train station, then about 8 stations along the line towards the airport. Total journey time 45 minutes to an hour. Many years ago Le Bourget airport hosted exhibitions, but now it is an aviation museum. This is false advertising by Booking.com. We did find that there is a bus that passes by the hotel and goes to the Parc des Expositions and it takes about 45 minutes too.

We were a family of 4 on a road trip to France with sightseeing in Paris being the first stop. We stayed here for 3 nights in a Quad room as most hotels were either too expensive, no parking, were in a bad location or had sofa beds which I find very uncomfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were very helpful in providing advice on getting to the main attractions which after a 12-15 mins walk (or can take the bus outside the hotel) to the train station can be in the centre of Paris in less than 30 mins. Breakfast is a must as it was inexpensive compared to other hotels and the croissants were the best I've ever had. As a Brit, having freshly squeezed orange juice every morning was delightful. Access to free tea, coffee and hot chocolate 24/7 is also a bonus at this hotel. There is also a games room with a football table, PlayStation and table tennis to keep the kids or adults entertained. Parking is provided for 10 euros per day. Disney Village by car was less than 45 mins away and cost about 11 euros for 3hrs parking.

The shower was very small with little room to manoeuvre. There was no restaurant onsite but there was a machine where you can order meals from a list of restaurants for delivery to the hotel.

Very friendly reception staff. Nice reception area with free coffee and free water. Comfortable beds and daily room service. Location is away from the center, but can be reached with trains in 1 hr. We used taxis though.

The bathroom is very small. If you are a large person, the shower area is too small. There is a deposit of 100 euros but they return it the same day as your checkout.

The environment was so nice, we felt so welcomed and supported by the staff. They were so polite and friendly. Their coffee machine was such a plus. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Even though the facilities were very nice and well maintained, I would like to mention that the room was a little small and it could be uncomfortable for big people.

Clean room , super friendly lady at the reception , good Wifi , price performance is perfect, 15 min to the next train station, 15 min by car to the airport, comfy rooms, There are cheap shopping opportunities compared to the city center , food and coffee shops are less than half of price there

Tiny room , tiny bathroom , it was clean but imagine being there with 2 big suitcases would be a challenge, no towel for the hands

The staff were amazingly helpful and considerate to us. We felt extremely well looked after. We received excellent advice about the Olympics and all the possible activities related to it. We were even helped to make signs to cheer on our team. We stayed an extra day and were able to leave our car for longer and collect it after our event. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you very much.

Rooms were comfortable. Air conditioning great and necessary in the warm weather. Staff friendly and accommodating. Very pleased with car park plenty of space and only 8 euros for the day. 15min walk to the nearest RER station and we were at the Effiel Tower in about an hour. Breakfast a little pricey for what was on offer. Overall happy with stay, close to Paris but not too much traffic to get through to drive there.

Contrary to some of the reviews I had read before, the room, including the bed was very clean. The bathroom was not as small as some have complained about. The staff was super friendly, which I expected based on the other reviews. Also the rooms were cleaned daily (free of charge) which I didn't expect based on the information on Booking.com which specifies that it is done with extra fees. Moreover, even though we brought our own sheets (since it was mentioned they are provided at additional charge), they were provided and included in the price. Although the room was not super-big, it was not much smaller that other 3-bed rooms in other hotels either.

The parking was out of order, which caused a bit of a hassle at the beginning, but as soon as we were able to find a parking spot on the street (free) it did not bother us so much. Also, although we never felt concerned for my personal safety in the neighborhood, at times, I was afraid of pick pockets, and bag snatchers at times. But I guess that can be said about every suburban neighborhood around Paris, and sometimes even about the city center. Even though the room facilities were completely acceptable for the most part, I think a refrigerator would have helped a lot if it was included in the room.

The property and room are impeccably tidy and well-maintained, and the staff is fluent in English and accommodating.

The nearest train station is 17-minute walk away.
